Really surprised at low rating. I almost never leave good reviews but for the third time now they’ve replied quickly to help and I got exactly what I wanted. I’ve had a great experience. I wonder if there aren’t similarly named companies which aren’t good and they’re getting confused. Anyway, I recommend 👍

Am very very surprised to have recieved a tiny palm size sicker as my tile sample.

It is totally unusable and hopefully bares no resemblence to the real thing. It arrived in a normal small envelope yet the shipping cost was £3.95.

The sample itself was £4, with Lamination added - it is a flat matte photograph made into a sticker not at all to scale.

Kind of baffled they think this is a legitimate way to do business.

I ordered a personalised poster for my husband as a Father’s Day gift because the company advertised that it would arrive before Father’s Day.

Father’s Day came and went, and I never received my order. After waiting all this time, I was eventually told that my order had never even been shipped due to their technical issues.

My payment was taken, I was left waiting, and nobody properly informed me that my order had not been shipped. By the time I found out, it was too late to organise another meaningful gift.

I would not recommend this company. Think twice before ordering, especially if you are purchasing something for a special occasion.

Very disappointing and a complete loss of trust in this company.

ordered on the 5 August and still not received the order, they have sent me one sticker instead of 24 and have claimed the order has been fulfilled

Have been on to their customer service constantly and now they are saying they will be sending complimentary stickers, .... but i have paid for them.

They really don't know what they are doing.

Bought 4 posters on the 4 for 2 deal. The posters are very small compared to the images advertised which is misleading.

The images on the poster are so small, they’re unrecognisable. I’ve spent £35 on 4 ‘posters’ (more like leaflets), that I cannot use.

The posters also arrived rolled up and not flat, not good.

I would not order from this company again nor would I recommend them. Too expensive for the poor quality you receive.

This company seems to have two trust pilot account so I feel that I should share my honest review on both accounts.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. I ordered a personalised song‑lyrics poster as a wedding gift for my partner, and what arrived was shockingly poor quality. The print was blurry, double‑printed, and completely unusable.

I contacted support and was offered a replacement, but given how close it was to the wedding, I asked for a refund instead. Their response? “How about you keep it for a partial refund.” I declined. They then told me to dispose of the faulty poster but return the frame, at my own cost, to Sweden, because apparently the frame “wasn’t faulty”.

We went in circles, with them refusing to acknowledge that the item was sold as a single product and arrived defective. I eventually had to go through my bank for a chargeback. Namly Design even challenged the chargeback, but my bank agreed the item was faulty and refunded me.

This company penny‑pinches to the bitter end and provides terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

The first poster I received was printed poorly (think home printer that was running out of ink). They sent a replacement, but it was bigger than the size that was ordered. Even though I sent pictures of the second poster next to a measuring tape, they are refusing to issue a refund. After more than a month I still have no poster for my 16x20 frame. I should have listened to the reviews, avoid Namly at all costs!

Took longer than expected to arrive. Poor quality, could have printed it myself on print paper at home. Asked for a black frame but it didn't arrive in the frame I had to put the print in there myself. Also poor quality frame with plastic instead of glass. Total waste of money for soemthing I could have done myself for the same or better quality

Extremely disappointed . I ordered. ‘ poster ‘ for my son for Father’s Day and paid £13 extra for an ‘ oak frame ‘ as stated on website . ( £32.75 in total !) The poster is just that -a print out on flimsy paper .! It came with a sealed frame ( didn’t even put the poster in the frame ) and the frame is not ‘ oak ‘ at all , just appallingly cheap oak coloured plastic vaneer which I can actually buy locally for £3 !
effectively something I could have done at home on a printer and bought a cheap Frame but thought they looked a lot nicer on website .
I’ve emailed for a full refund and had no response so intend to contact trading standards as it is not fair to take this amount of money for something so cheap !
Please check reviews and don’t waste your money !

Shocking-quality poster. Why is it that when a company is at fault, the customer has to rectify things?
Terrible customer service. In the end, I gave up and took a £20 loss.
Email communications were not apologetic or concerned. They couldn't care less.
If I could give zero stars, I would!!

I ordered from what I thought from image was a mommy photo frame that appeared misleading. What I ended up was for £21 for a rolled up paper of the photograph. Extremely overpriced on something I could have printed myself by generating my own template. Overpriced and misleading in my opinion capitalising on Mother's day which also didn't arrive in time. In fairness it does describe it as a poster on the email order which I didn't pick up on at time of order if I had I certainly wouldn't be paying that price for basically a sheet of paper with an image.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! Ordered 8 A4 from my daughters wedding photos in New York for a Christmas present. We haven't laughed so much! Excellent quality. My "only" down fall, they could have been packaged better, maybe in a solid tube as a little bent when they arrived, otherwise, complete satisfaction. Great communications regarding stage of order to delivery. 10/10 THANK YOU!

They are very helpful and quick to help so you pay your order,but after.....terrible! I ordered some christmas gifts,I must instead loose time and energy to battle with a shit company,and loose. My gifts are not coming in time,and I am forced to pay twise!

Ordered item on the 3rd of December was told it had been dispatched Royal Mail still haven’t received it. It’s getting a bit silly at this point, have send two emails both haven’t been replied to. I won’t be using them again. I’m giving them the opportunity to send it if I haven’t had it by Christmas I’m wanting a refund.

Ordered an item on 4th DEC with a 5 day window. Item desperately needed for a ceremony on the 11th. On the 5th (next day) received an email from them stating that there was a delay and they would get the item shipped asap. I wrote to them telling them I absolutely needed this item by the 11th or cancel it and refund. They replied saying they would send the cancellation request off but if the item had gone into production they would not be able to cancel it. Since then and after repeated emails trying to find out whats going on I heard nothing back at all regarding the order or refund, despite me letting them know I had now sourced the item elsewhere. Then today the 12th I received an email stating the item was on its way. I have initiated a chargeback against this company and I suggest you avoid them as they state to be professional yet they are not. The sent item is not of no use to me at all. They are also based out of SWEDEN so please be aware of this when you visit the co.uk website thinking you're ordering locally. They are very quick to respond to sales enquiries and take your money - after that you're left to simply wonder whats going on.

First set of stickers didn’t arrive contacted the store after nearly a month and some more were sent out quickly and quick to
Respond so can’t fault that bit.

Labels look great and lovely design just not fit for purpose, after 2 washes over half the labels came off or are coming off definitely not going to last up to 50 washes disappointing as had been really happy with the design and the customer service prior to that

Paid £49 for a Wall Transfer. It never arrived. The Tracking code they sent me for delivery did not exist. They do not have a phone number and have completely ignored all my email communications and have not responded to me. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. They have a .co.uk email address but are evidently based in Sweden.

Waited too long for the stickers to come ..but when they did they were great...
