Great labels with entertaining communications about my order

These are excellent, well-designed labels--not too big and bulky, easy to apply and they stay on in the nasty institutional laundry at my mother's skilled nursing facility. This is my second order of them; they came quickly and the communications from namelabelco.com about my order made me smile.

Would recommend …

Had to phone to see when my order was going to arrive as it had been a few days and I had hoped it would have been delivered quickly. I was told that it would be a further few days before I could expect delivery. However, the member of staff was very helpful and apologetic as I should have been told that the order would take a couple of weeks before delivery. The goods did arrive within a matter of days of the phone call and I was more than happy with the quality. I would recommend them now knowing that it can be about a fortnight before delivery of goods

The order was placed on 17th December and I still haven't received them!!! I don't mind the wait, but don't request a review of your service before I have the product.

Hi Lorraine,

I am so sorry for any confusion but the woven label that you have chosen takes 14 working days to produce as they are made on our traditional looms. We try and make it as clear as possible on our website and the moment it is back from the factory after The New Year we will email to let you know they are on their way.

Kindest regards,

Emma

Unfortunately Lorraine however much we try to ask Trustpilot to not send out the review so quickly they seem to do it anyway and I apologise for how inefficient this looks.
