I have made about 20 purchases from Naked Wardrobe, and have no complaints. I needed a wardrobe for “quarantine” and this clothing fit the bill. It’s sexy and comfortable. I bought, sets, shorts, body suits, rompers, and tops. The shipping can range from 5 to15 days, it’s probably worse due to corona 🙄, but I don’t mind waiting, I have nowhere to be 💅. During quarantine I still look GOOD!

I was really sceptical about ordering because of all these bad reviews, but I decided to give it a try. I love the quality of the clothes I received only the white items are a bit see through (I thought they wouldn’t be). The sizes run true to size (the bodysuits are a bit to big for me though, wish I would have sized down 1 size, I’m 168 and 65 kg for reference) I ordered an M for both the bodysuits and one dress. Yes, shipping took a bit long, but it had to go all the way to the Netherlands and you can track your package. NW shipped it our within the given timeframe, so that’s not their fault and it wasn’t too bad of a wait, normal even in comparison to other us compagnies. Customer service was also really quick to respond to an issue I had an helped me out perfectly! (They responded within 5 working days, which is normal) Overall, I would surely order again!

i’m not one to waste my time writing reviews. I expect that most companies read their own reviews and correct any problems they see written about them. However, my experience with Naked Wardrobe has not been a pleasant one. First, I ordered 2 items on May 12th. By June 9th, it had dawned on me that I still hadn’t received my order. I checked online banking and saw that they had deducted for my 2 purchases. No phone number is listed and I was able to do a search of them in L.A. Because I noted so many people had issues with correspondence to them, I was hesitant to do the same. Well, 7 emails later and no response back, I would be their next victim. Outraged I contacted my bank and pulled back my payment. It was now the NOT ONE MESSAGE BACK!!! I gave them 2 emails and my cell phone! By the 16th, the package had arrived. I checked my bank account and they did not recharge my credit card. On the 18th I decided to email them letting them know I stopped payment because I never got a response after several emails. Wow, within 1 hour I got a call. Hmmm. Interesting....when it’s about money they’ll sure respond quickly!
I do love the fabric a lot! They run true to size. I’m 5’3 and weigh 112. I ordered Xs The fabric is just wonderful and a lot better than SKIMS for sure!!!! 😍but, it’s not worth the very long wait, the hassle of it all. It seems as though they work with a skeleton crew

Worst, most disorganized company I've ever dealt with. Ordered 3 items May 11, 2020 and items were shipped out May 22. My shipping notification email said only 2 of my items were shipped, so I emailed asking when the third item would ship out. Got an email from customer service saying "sorry, that item is out of stock so we issued you a refund." Except...the item they said was 'out of stock' is listed as one of the items already shipped to me...so how does that make sense?? So who knows what items i'll actually receive....

I ordered a small brown bodysuit, and received a brown dress. Can’t get anyone on the phone. bodysuits are non returnable but I didn’t receive a bodysuit like my packing slip says. Very annoyed, already waited weeks to receive the wrong item with no way to speak to a human on the phone.

I should give 0 stars, but there is no option for that :) I was waiting 2 months for my order. After paid i didn't get any email with tracking number, they send these items - yes. But i never get that clothes :) I was writing day by day, REALLY EVERYDAY to them - emails, instagram, facebook. They send me an answer, one per two weeks, that I should check email, because they sended a long time ago for me respond - joke. And theres nothing. I really cant belive that company with so many subscribers on IG have so bad customer service. They really try to avoid me, but I was writing to UE customer service, and after two months they send me my money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Yes, the quality is amazing and the pieces fit perfectly. But actually receiving them? Good luck,
I have had multiple problems like orders not shipping for MONTHS, no response to emails messages etc. But the part that really bothers me.. Even if you call their number there is literally NO OPTION to actually speak to someone.
If I ever start my own clothing brand, they would be my inspiration to give GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The product is incredible, but the hassle to get it? Plan on having to dispute a charge or two.

They are not reliable and not customer service centric. If you are lucky, you may get consistently replies to your email but unfortunately and similar to other reviews here, they ignore emails about order inquiries. The phone number listed on their website? Automated messaging system that will never connect you to a person.

I placed my order in January. Updated review in February and it is now almost mid March. It’s been 4 weeks since they supposedly (tracking says otherwise) shipped my order. I haven’t received my package, it is literally nowhere to be found. Emailed them and they told me to wait another 25 days to then try to locate my package. I waited more than those 25 days to then email them again. They did not respond to my email. I messaged them on Instagram, they saw the message and did not reply. Tracking says package has been processed but not shipped. It should not take this long to receive a package from the states when you live in Canada. Unacceptable and unacceptable customer service. I’m gonna need to report as a fraud.

If I could give them no stars. Placed an order on 5 Feb. I didn’t hear a response for them until 4 days ago when I emailed them inquiring about my order. A customer service agent with the brain of a gnat asked me to send proof of the email I sent to them so I forwarded them a copy of my paypal receipt and this moron tells me I sent the email to PayPal and not them. My event was ruined because I even bought shoes to wear for the outfit I never received.

I have only one thing to say about this retailor! What a JOKE!!! It is. Pretty little thing and fashionnova puts crappy wardrobe to shame!! Customer service is non existent and the process time for one little piece of clothing is atrocious!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Worst customer service, took 5 weeks to get my clothes.

Was meant to be for my holiday and spent $500 on clothes and didn’t come in time. Went on holiday with no new clothes! Couldn’t even be bothered to send me an email to update me or offer me a refund. I would have thought for such a big online store they would know how to run a business! Do not ever buy from here if you in a rush to get an outfit.

I loved Naked Wardrobe until they sent me the wrong size and wouldn’t respond to any of my emails for an exchange or refund. I ordered a large bodysuit and received an extra small. I sent emails with pictures, receipt, tracking number, etc. everything they require and I’ve gotten no response. It’s not my fault they sent the wrong size. I’m so disappointed. I loved them, but l’ll never order from them again.

Don’t listen to these bad reviews!!! I am extremely picky when it comes to clothing, makeup, etc and Naked Wardrobe is the BEST (I mean it) clothing material ever. I love everything I order from there and it’s all true to size! Also, it usually ships fast. It’s my number one store if I’m shopping and I loved every product I have gotten from there.

I purchased during black Friday and had an issue with my order. I have emailed twice since and contacted them on social media ahead of my order being processed and shipped out since its an Canadian order to avoid paying shipping twice. I needed to exchange a size on an item since it was labeled poorly online and sold out items disappear instead of saying SOLD OUT like a normal online store. After 3 days they finally got back to me via instragram to tell me there is nothing they will do I have to re order and return my order that they don't do exchanges. Absolutely unexceptionable customer service in 2019. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Not to mention I ordered the NW Crop set in a previous orders and it was completely pilling after one wear before i had even washed it.

Not at all happy with the service. Actually there IS NO service. I ordered a bodysuit and received biker shorts. I have sent like 3 or 4 emails and no response. Bever ordering from there again.

Good quality clothes and great customer service. Made an order and forgot to apply the discount code so i emailed them regarding the mistake I made during check out with my paypal account. They gladly shipped my order right away along with my refund for the 30% discount promotion they were having on their site!!!

Their clothes are highly affordable and they always send email for promo codes. The material is soft and stretchy. I'm petite, wear size 00 in jeans, 4'11" in height, small bust and hip. Their size small surprisingly fits me perfectly! For the first time, I finally found basic dresses that fit me. I mostly buy short/mini dresses, and the length is perfect, not too short not too long (does not go past knee). I bought one of their tank top (work-out tank top i believe), it fits well except it could be more tighter. As for their customer service, one time I received a damaged dress. I emailed them and they replied and gave me refund within 2 days. A little disappointed because I was not looking for a refund but for a new pair of dress, but since it was final sale I doubt they had more of it in stock. The material is not amazing but it is good, soft and super stretchy. For petite frames, this brand is perfect for finding fitted dresses! Now that they came out with a new size (XS), I'm not sure if I should continue getting small or XS.
