A Special thanks to Kristie who restored our faith in Solar after a bad experience and also Rob and Martin for a great installation not forgetting the panel installers who were so quick and professional. Also the scaffolder's who did a great job. Definitely recommended.

There were some delays - but that was due to Tesla Powerwall availability. Also not the cheapest - but worth the money for the service, clean install and helpful email and phone calls.

Brilliant company, we first used Naked Solar in 2015 to install a small array of panels. Since then we had to have them out to move an inverter in 2018 and they have also visited again this August 2023 due to an inverter fault which required replacement.

Despite the inverter not being under manufactures warranty, Jacob at Naked Solar kindly honoured what was mistakenly detailed on the original paperwork/invoice, despite us not knowing or checking this which is an extremely honest and kind gesture.

The electrician they sent to replace the inverter was extremely kind and got the job down in no time at all and left everything in perfect order. I was also impressed as I was kept up to date on their planned arrival time and was made sure I was happy with everything before the electrician left site.

Thanks very much Naked Solar - keep up the amazing work and I will certainly be continuing to recommending you to others!

I’ve been extremely happy with every aspect of Naked Solar’s work – from the initial contact to the final electrical installation. Everyone I’ve had contact with has been helpful, courteous and professional. All did exemplary work, with the planner and surveyor offering generous and thoughtful advice, the focus of which was clearly to serve my best interests rather than simply trying to make money. Costs were fair and reasonable, and everything happened on time and without a hitch.The entire process has been a pleasure.

I needed advice and got fair and impartial help. I chose Naked Solar on the basis of their professionalism but had no idea what to expect with my historic house.
I left them working on the installation and returned to find the best installation i have ever seen. They took so much care to install everything neatly and tidily. It should be used as a model to teach solar companies that installations can be done well with pride and care

Well, I can honestly say I cannot find a single thing to moan about, the surveyor, installers and the electricians were genuinely all brilliant, friendly, punctual, tidy etc etc. Would happily recommend Naked Solar to anybody who asks.

This company investigated issues with our existing solar panels, with the resolution being to replace all the panels and mounting gear, and we opted for a battery. All the way from initial survey to finishing the work was done with a professional manner, with the final install being of very high standard, and all with timely updates by Tim H.

From start to finish Naked Solar was great. From first enquiring, to having the team install - I was kept up to date and informed of the whole process and explained the best options to go for with solar. A pre-installation check and install date was promptly booked after discussing the options regarding the panels. All the team were very friendly and happy to help me. The installation team on the day were great and then once installed, explained how to use my soliscloud app! Would recommend this company to everyone, thank you Naked Solar.

Last summer I contacted Naked Solar and sent them images of my property with regard to having solar panels I told them I was interested they advised me unfortunately they are very busy and they would not be able to have a telephone consult until February 2023. The date was arranged and eventually after such a long wait on the actual day I was ready to take there call reminded by my phones calendar but no phone call came but I received an email saying they had tried to call me but couldn’t get through and advised me there was availability later in the week.
I emailed back (I have proof of sending) wanting to make sure I received the telephone consultation saying our phones are all working no missed calls and no message on our voicemail. I requested in my email response if they could advise what number they called so that this would allow us to receive the telephone consult making sure they were calling the right number as i had waited many months for.
Six days have now gone by no response from my email.
So after waiting many many months I am no further forward and if a telephone consult which is simple, well it does not give me confidence in this company doing an installation. I will now look elsewhere and hopefully not many many months for a call back

Long time from order to install. But that was due to supply constraints of Tesla batteries.
2 days to install a Tesla Powerwall and Gateway.
The biggest issue was getting a good earth due to living in Cornwall where granite is the rock strata just below thin topsoil. This eventually required 5 earth stakes to be fitted before the install could complete. Apart from that it was a very clean installation with no mess left afterwards
Nothing was too much trouble for those 2 fitters and it was flipping freezing outside and never got above 5deg c.
I cannot speak highly enough of Naked Solar. Use these guys if you are planning solar or Tesla Powerwall, you will not go wrong.
I already had the solar panels, but the addition of the Tesla has taken it to a new level. No more powercuts for us as we get them constantly here in a rural location

We went with Naked Solar following a bad experience with another company resulting in High Court Action being taken which left us feeling angry, annoyed and let down.

Naked Solar came recommended via some friends who had used them previously and were so glad we went with them as we couldn't be more pleased with our installation.

From our initial enquiry the staff at Naked Solar couldn't of been more helpful, they went through everything meticulously! From how we planned to use the system (I.e solar only to solar plus battery storage etc), how our house was set up and could benefit from Solar, nothing was too much trouble and the advice and design Naked Solar came up with meant we a actually ended up with a more productive and improved system than what we had in mind to start with within our budget.

The installation team were top notch and stuck to planned dates and arrived when they said they would. The installation team installing the panels were great and had everything on the roof in the timescale they said it'd be done by. And once done left everything clean and tidied as if they'd not been there!!!

The electrical engineer arrived on the date that booked and again was spot on with everything! Everything was connected and up and running in the time stated. At the end we couldn't tell anything had been done, every room that had been worked in was left clean and tidy and as if they hadn't been there!

The team spent time going through the system and showed me where every bit of equipment was fitted and what each part of the system did. I was shown how to setup the monitoring app, how it worked and how to go through the information displayed.

I honestly can't recommend Naked Solar enough and wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending them!!! The team at Naked Solar couldn't of been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
