Odpowiedź od NBS Nails Supply
Dear Farah,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
To clarify, your order was placed on Friday, 8th November at 11:24 PM. As mentioned on our website, we do not process or dispatch orders over the weekend. Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays are processed the following Monday.
As noted in our previous communication, your order was unfortunately delayed due to a transit issue beyond our control. Once we were made aware of the issue, we immediately arranged for a replacement, which was collected as soon as possible.
We understand how frustrating the wait has been and truly appreciate your patience.
If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out directly.
Best regards,
NBS

Superb Gel Nail Polish
I have wasted so much money on nail polishes, so I was ecstatic when I applied this, as it is brilliant! The coverage, colour and longevity of it is amazing. As well as the price, I bought three for two. Happy days!!

Good products at competitive prices
I’ve been a returning customer since my first purchase earlier this year! They have a large selection of products at a very reasonable price too. I placed an order but there was an item out of stock. Kong kindly called to let me know and offered a solution promptly. Very satisfied with the customer service here
