Marked my order as fraud and charged my card. They then tried to upsell me something else saying the server I tried buy was not available and that I paid too little. They then demanded my ID because I was apparently committing fraud by trying to buy something they listed on their website and paying the price they put on it.

Regarding the server configuration, the specific model selected was temporarily out of stock at the time of review. Instead of cancelling the order, our team offered a complimentary upgrade to a higher-spec server with a better CPU at no additional cost. This was not an upsell attempt, but rather a goodwill solution to ensure you received a stronger configuration without paying more.
