I could not be any happier with my results from N1 Plastic Surgery. With the skilled hands of Dr. Sforza, I transitioned seamlessly from an A to a full C cup. The results are incredibly natural-looking, exactly what I had hoped for. I am very very satisfied and get lots of compliments too from girlies asking me 'how do they sit so nicely?' since they look so natural and so good. Throughout this journey, I was blessed to have Michelle a message away at all times. Her caring and attentive nature made the entire process smooth and totally worry-free. I'm immensely happy with the results and the exceptional service from start to finish and would 110% recommend N1.

I cannot recommend this company or Dr Sforza enough. The whole process was so seamless. Michelle is so lovely literally messaged her every day with questions and nothing was ever too much. I am so happy with my results and have already recommended so many people. Highly highly recommend. This was my second time round having breast augmentation and I just wish I found this company first time round!

I had a breast reduction at the start of February 2023. Marcos was great, he explained everything and answered all my questions and was flexible with meeting intitally over Zoom and then in-person at his Harley Street office. My patient care adviser Michelle was lovely, easy to talk to and really helpful! She was always on hand over WhatsApp or on the phone to help me with whatever I needed. The surgery went well, recovery wasn’t easy but Michelle checked in regularly. I did have openings on my incisions that weren’t closing by themselves and Michelle booked me in with the hospital for them to be stitched closed. Overall I had a great experience, I’m happy with my results and I’m really glad I went for the surgery with N1 Plastic Surgery.

I have been so happy with N1 both Michelle and Marcos are so helpful and reassuring. I’ve never had anything like this done before so I was extremely nervous. Michelle walked me through step by step and set up extra appointments with Marcos to make sure I was completely prepared and happy.
The thing I liked most was I felt consulted and not pushed in any way.
I’m 1 week post op and so happy with the results already. The scars need a lot of care but Michelle makes sure you know exactly what to do and what to expect.
I would recommend N1 to anyone.

Best decision I ever made having Advance Breast augmentation with Professor Sforza. He is an amazing man with such attention to detail, listens completely to what you want to achieve and then advises what he think would work best for your frame and size etc.
I had done my research, but nothing compared to the results and reviews from patients that Professor Sforza had completed surgery on.
He made me feel so comfortable, speaking again before my surgery and even came into see me in recovery. Professor Sforza Team at N1 Plastic Surgery are brilliant, they couldn’t be more helpful. Michelle was amazing, so supportive and answered all on questions.
If I’m the future I want to have further surgery I will only go to Professor Sforza as I know I’m in safe hands.

I am over the moon with my new boobs! I had a breast augmentation in April and 4 months later they feel and look SO natural which is exactly what I was hoping for. Marcos is truly a fantastic surgeon and I felt listened to the whole way! The surgery I had on February 18, from the pre-operative consultation and the doctors during the surgery, as well as the post-operative communication, I would like to say that they did a very good job. There is nothing to worry about, the surgery is safe and there is no infection after the surgery. Of course I'm very happy now, the boobs look so perfect, thank you so much.

I had a breast augmentation 25th feb 2022 and Marcos and Michelle were amazing from the moment i made an enquiry- the process was easy and I felt very supported the whole way through.

I literally can’t put into words how unreal my whole experience was with N1. My surgeon, professor Marcos Sforza is amazing and totally makes you feel so relaxed, comfortable and he’s totally honest throughout. I had my surgery in December 2021. After a lot of research and multiple consultations with the other surgeons I chose Prof. Marcos Sforza and I am so pleased I did. I’m extremely happy with the outcome, the breast looks natural and incision are very fine and located in the crease. From the first consultation, the surgery, all the way through to my post-surgery consultation Prof. Marcos Sforza was fantastic. He made me feel at ease straight away and was very attentive to my concerns. The biggest decision for me after having chosen the doctor was choosing the right size of the implants. I’m very grateful for the doctors’s patience and for sparing his time to arrange additional online consultations which helped me to make the right decision. Also wanted to say huge thanks to Michelle, Marcos Sforza’s assistant for being very helpful, supportive and patient throughout my journey.
