I had placed an international order with MyXborder and I’m very pleased with their service and customer handling. Shivangi was the assigned delegate to help track my order and she had been very transparent and accommodating, helping me through out the process.

MyXBorder can be trusted. I was skeptical at first. However, they kept in touch with me on almost a daily basis. There staff was kind and polite. I was shipped 2 feeding chairs from India to the U.S. for my handicap son. We desperately needed the chairs. Unfortunately, due to the presidents Tariff bill etc., plus shipping cost, it was somewhat expensive, but worth it for must have items. I would stay up late at night so it was day time in India so I could touch base with their staff. I also used their shop for me feature. Once, I learned how to use it this option was great. I sent then links and they found the items for me. Overall the process was smooth and I will continue to use their services.

Really easy for ordering from India! I realized very late that my myntra shopping cart was kind of lost as i don't live in India but in Germany and therefore don't have an Indian phone number to register! I found myxborder and thought I'd give it a try and was never disappointed! I received detailed images for all my ordered clothes, and received answers on every tiny question. As one package that was delivered from myntra to myxborder was torn, they even re-ordered it and I was very excited to try on all my new clothes. Although myntra itself felt less pricy than dresses at that quality in Germany, the overall price was kind of equal as you have to add on the additional costs for shipping and customs. Nevertheless, it arrived very very fast in less than a week after I confirmed that shipping could be initiated! Thanks for the nice experience!

Easy to talk to. Very accommodating and resolves all my concerns. Though i wish rates would be lower. As mentioned, FedEx charges additional fees upon delivery on top of what i pay on the website.

This is a company with very professional, courteous, patient people. They have a working and a reliable web system to prep your orders, approve them after seeing the images of the products and have them ship to you. I definitely recommend it. My only note would be for them to find more affordable shipping options. I paid 100$ for 60$ purchase.

I used the assisted purchase service from MyXBorder. The customer service was so patiently answering all my questions before I start using their service. Once i put up the order, they keep updating me through whatsapp and email that my product has arrived in their warehouse. They even ask my confirmation before consolidate my purchase to courier it to Malaysia. For your information I have to two times pay ya. One is for the books that i ordered and 2nd for the courier service. However, the amount i purchase is not much, customs did not ask for the tax.
