Loved my experience!

I am not done with the program but so far really good.

Yoga teacher training was a dream come true for me and something I never would have been able to do in person due to a demanding full time I job. I really appreciate the thought and care that went into creating this program. Michelle and her beautiful team are dedicated to the authentic practice of yoga. I learned so much—truly a 5-star experience!

I truly enjoyed my experience with My Vinyasa Practice. I learned a lot and the training was very practical.

I started with MVP in 2021, by completing my 300-hour teacher training...and I have not stopped taking additional courses to complete my journey as a teacher. Michelle's teachings, as well as the teachings of her staff, are so insightful and diverse. There is tremendous support from the team, and I cannot recommend MVP enough!

I've done two courses and am considering doing a third through MVP. My experiences have all been excellent. I enjoy the style of teaching, the courses are well put together, and the team is always available to answer questions. Their approach to yoga is one of the most holistic that I've found out there. They prepare you to be a yoga teacher, not just an instructor. Their range of courses allows you to continue your journey as a yoga student - learning about many aspects of this ancient practice.

I had a great experience with my 2 trainings I did with My Vinyasa Practice. I did my 200 hr with some bonuses and another program with them. I like the layout. It had a nice flow to class. I would recommend them for sure.

Michelle Young has done it again! She puts her money where her mouth is by offering affordable and useful continued Education to her former students and the public at large. I wouldn’t be on this journey without her generous and genuine care for the minority community. One day I’ll visit MVP in person and meet one of my real life sHEROs. Great content that can be personalized to some externt. Great value for money. I loved the YTT!

I recently completed my 300 hr YTT with My Vinyasa Practice. I had an amazing experience. Michelle and her fellow teachers are fantastic. My training was online and I found the flexibility extremely helpful as I work full time. The student portal is very easy to use. Even since I gained my certificate I have revisited the site to study more of the very comprehensive series of lectures available. I’ve learnt so much and my confidence for teaching has really grown. I cannot recommend My Vinyasa Practice highly enough and am eternally grateful to Michelle and her colleagues for the experience I have had. I will definitely return to MVP for future trainings.
