Excellent price & quick delivery
There was a minor blip when I emailed the prescription to the sales email address as opposed to the admin one and it was not forwarded from the sales dept to the admin dept, but once I chased and sent the prescription to admin the turnaround time was excellent and I received it the very next day. Very pleased with the price (£130 per week cheaper than my vets - which over a six week course of medication is a phenomenal amount) and will definitely be using again.

I'm really sorry about that - all emails to the sales team are supposed to be automatically copied to the admin and vet office, but that system stopped working for a short period. It has now been restored, and emails are now going through as normal.

An Excellent Service
I ordered Gastro Guard from VetMed supplies and I needed them quickly for my sick horse (who unfortunately had to be put down). I had to order on a Saturday and VetMed were very good ringing me back with details on how to get the vets prescription over to them. My order came first thing on the Tuesday. I will certainly use VetMed again. I was very impressed.

First rate invaluable and honest service
Been using VetMeds for a year or so and with three cats to look after this is literally a lifeline in the very expensive world of pet medication. Can't fault them for speedy service, great customer service and realistic pricing. I also trust that they are selling valid and genuine meds which I've heard might not be the case with all other providers. Absolutely fantastic!

great value and service,
my dog Prince will be on heart tablets for the rest of his life, even with the vets consultation fee and prescriptions i saved £150 over a 3 month period. As i hope this will be long term as im not ready to lose my best friend , buying pet mrds online is more affordable.
Service and delivery was very quick 5 star service.

reliable and dependable
I have now placed 3 orders with myvetmeds and found them quite efficient. As it is insulin for my diabetic dog it is delivered in a refrigerated box which is very secure. Last order a little late but they phoned to say there had been a problem with their fridges and my order would be delayed. Arrived on the next Tuesday (should have been previous Thursday). Cost of the insulin from them instead of my vet is 20 pound per bottle (including the delivery cost) compared to 37!!

my 10 year old dog has heart problems so is costing us quite a lot per month for his tablets, so we were looking online to find the drugs he needs cheaper than our vet charges so when we found VETMED SUPPLIES we were pleased with their prices. We sent off the dogs prescription to them and within a few days we had the medication very prompt service, we were e mailed telling us of the progress of the shipment

Better service than my Vet!
The service & delivery was first class, my beef is with my vet , who, like many vets, knowing little about poultry & not being able to supply the item still charged me for a prescription.

simple & easy
Easy site to understand, which is helpful. My only complaint would be that it could be stated in e-mails & documentation sent out that you need a copy of the prespriction itself. It doesn't say it in any correspondence received.

We are really sorry about the problems we've been having with this medication; we had a major problem sourcing it from the manufacturer early this month. You should have had an email to explain the problem, but obviously it didn't get through - please accept our sincere apologies for that.
We have now changed our ordering procedure for this product, and are hoping to avoid similar issues in the future.
