Fantastic very helpful and reliable srevice
I was worried about my dog as I live in Cyprus and now Cyprus cant get the medication that my dog is on
I found vetmed on line and ordered the medication and it arrived to Cyprus with no problems

First Class service
I would use this site again. I had very fast efficient service and was kept informed at each stage. Many thanks. The product was just what my dog needed in the size required, when it was not often stocked elsewhere.

poor support
First time I purchased great but second time payment failed so tried to contact as requested on number given however number unobtainable tried number on website answered by someone just saying hello no name given so questioned was it vetmed yes it was but at 4 pm the person who may be able to help has gone home.
Not been able to resolve as no one there whenI phone. So order not fullfilled.

I'm really sorry there wasn't anyone able to help you when you called - I can only assure you that this really isn't normal! Did you leave a contact number so we could get back to you? Our normal policy is that, if the person you need to deal with isn't immediately available, we'll call you back as soon as they are - usually within an hour (9-5) or the next morning if outside those times.
Regarding the phone number, that email is supposed to list the current number - I'm afraid it looks like there have been gremlins in there, so we'll look into that as a matter of urgency.
Meanwhile, please call us again so we can get your order sorted out - we've still got it sitting here waiting for you!

My dog think VetMeds are the BEST
VetMeds is a brilliant service and I would recommend them to anybody. Recently had a situation where we urgenty needed some prescription food and was going on holiday in 2 days time. I explained the situation to VetMeds and the food was there the very next day - saved my little boy from starvation!! Well, not really starvation - you know what I mean.
They always deliver when they say they will - we have never had a problem with with. Costs are really good too compared to Vets (for prescription food) and supermarkets for ordinary food.

I ordered 4 bottles of Epilease 1000mg and the service was quite fast to deliver in Portugal.

Sadly, we have had major problems sending parcels to Spain and Portugal - at one point, almost one in three was going missing en route. We increased the shipping to International Signed For Priority Airmail (which is more expensive than normal Airmail), and this seems to have solved the issue of the missing parcels - although I appreciate it is more expensive.

Excellent Service
I received a phone call to explain that part of my order was out of stock but was expected later that week. I was asked if I would prefer my part order sent immediately and the rest would follow or if I would prefer to wait and receive the whole order together. The standard of service is excellent and I will continue to use the company.

Our Dog Has Epilease I Was So Glad To Find His Tablets On Here Without The Vet Costs. They Are The Same Tablets I Would Of Been Given By Our Local Vet And A Lot Cheaper.
