Excellent service, well worth every one of the 5 stars given, not only did I get my dogs medicine loads cheaper than the vets, I didn't need to mess about with a prescription, and the tablets arrived in double quick time, which is reassuring if I ever happen to run low on them, thank you for a great service.

Excellent, quick service!
We were buying prescription cat food from our vet and felt it was a bit pricey - a quick Google threw up VetMed with the very best prices matched with a very quick service.
When we did have a problem ie when I ordered the wrong item a very friendly chat on the phone sorted it out very quickly and easily.
Would definitely use again and recommend.

Rapid Delivery Excellent Advice
From time of order to delivery to my home in France 3 days, Brilliant service. At the time I had a 4 month old puppy diagnosed by my local vet having saracoptic scapies, I had tried several different products, shampoos, but still continued to scratch, a friend adviced me to try Advocate 100 Spot the VETMED vet said although he could not confirm this would work but he did say if I use the Advocate 100 along side the shampoo solution I would be on top of this problem. My local vet gave me a perscription I emailed it to the UK followed by the original via post the product arrived in 3 days. Excellent service, very helpful vetmed team and a easy to use website. I would recommend to others. Downside the advocat 100 spot on (6 pipettes) advertised at 26.58GBP thinking that was the price but unfortunatly the VAT was not included as far as I can tell, but still much less than I would pay here in France. Perhaps it could be made clear whether VAT included or not against each product. However I will be using them again.

The price does include VAT - but not shipping, unfortunately! We used to use the normal Airmail Service, but we found that once outside the UK, we were losing a lot of packages which weren't being delivered. As a result, almost every package we send out goes Priority Signed For Airmail, and we're now not losing any - but it is a little more expensive.
At checkout, the price of shipping and the total price are shown before the order is accepted.
That said, I'm really pleased it arrived so quickly!

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible; however, in some cases it takes us a bit longer to obtain the product - in this order, the item was unavailable from our main supplier and we had to order it through an alternative wholesaler. However, we were still able to deliver within our estimated bracket!

Great service - prompt and good value.
My dog's medication, which cannot be claimed on our insurance as it is pre-existing condition, costs £102 from our vet for 100 tablets. From VetMed Supplies the same medication is £37 (plus the cost of a prescription from the vet - £9). Would recommend anyone who cannot claim vet fees from their insurance company to use VetMed Supplies and save a great deal of money.

Fast, efficient service.
Hi, I was really pleased with the fast efficient service I received from Vetmed Supplies. I ordered one day, got my prescriptions in the post to them the next day, the items were dispatched the day the prescriptions must have arrived with them, and the items then arrived the next. I had paid for a Saturday dispatch as I was concerned they wouldn't be able to turn around my order that quickly but they were and my items arrived on the Saturday. I was very impressed. I'd also been able to get a 5% discount on a voucher website which always makes one feel more satisfied!

Very polite and helpful
They were very helpful, courteous and returned my call promptly. I received medication in record time and i would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone else. We received the medication within three days of lodging our order. I will be using them again.
