Ze zullen zeker 1 inplannen in 6 weken maar dan terug met 6 weken uitstellen....zo blijft u rustig en bestelt uw een nieuwe zonnewering daar die ondertussen kapot is.
Materiaal was defekt en geen emmergency process mogelijk dus zonnewering blijft open --> kapot met onweer

I bought a soda stream machine, I received on 16 August, it didn't work, complained to company, got the run around, and after 6 plus email they did offer me about 20 % refund of my purchase price, they send me a faulty machine, and they will not refund.
I heard on FB that is the norm with this company, VEVOR. Com or the other name they trade under,

The owners are so quick to respond when there is an issue. When there was a technical difficulty, the owners were quick to handle the situation and on the phone with the web team to fix the situation right away. They handled all my orders and issues professionally and in a timely manner. Covid has created some delays in shipping and production but they sent updates to keep me in the know about my orders' status. I will be a returning customer! They make the customer feel respected and appreciated.
