AVOID AT ALL COST.
They go under many different names. Tat Travels ltd is one of them. This name was given when I called posing as a potential new customer.
Very polite at the beginning until they get your money. They wont issue tickets. They wont pick up calls. The won't reply back. They will not refund. Had to take it up with my bank.
I don't know if this is the same company but looking at the reviews, it seems like it. Still waiting for my money back. Awful, dishonest people.

They said I would get refund with 10 business days. Two months later, still no refund. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of someone about the refund. They claim that I never called and no one has record of my call. This is a huge scam. DO NOT BOOK through this service. They still have yet to pay me my 320 flight that I rescheduled, and I doubt I will ever see any money. Awful company with horrible customer service. They had the audacity to claim that I never made the call and I may be delusional. Unbelievable.

No pude hacer mi vuelos, la aerolínea me dijo que habían introducido dos números de tickets y mi vuelo estaba dado de baja, nunca pude dar con un responsable, solo atienden en ingles, tampoco me quieren hacer un reembolso de mi dinero.

Bought a return flight for my family and I and they cancelled my return flight and never gave me any refund. While abroad had to spend 2 days paying huge amounts of money to by a return flight.
Call 7 times to get refund. Was given the run around. They told me first that the airline had cancelled the flight. Then after countless phone calls one of the scam artists said the flight still existed and that we did not take the seats.
The facts were I did not want to arrive at the airport to be told that my booking scam agent did not buy my seats.
The only way to destroy these thieves is to not to use them and put them out of business.
Join the crusade and ruin them through no bookings.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Booked a flight, later paid for a seat and for Mytrip to check in. Now - Mytrip told me to check in by myself, and i didn’t get the seat at the aisle i paid for.

SCAM !

Lies - No refund - Fraud

They have cleverly emulated MyTrip

1) They orginaly took out too much money in September and said they would refund £241 which was due to me in September, - this has still not been returned. (The department is away and the system is down was the excuse)
2) I was promised that the refund would be done in a week but it never was done to date.
3) I was again promised on the 10th November that it would be refunded and it wasn’t, in fact no one has any record of this occurring or of the person who took my details.
4) They have informed us that Singapore Airline has cancelled the flight – The flight has not been cancelled Singapore Airline has confirmed this yesterday. (Anther blatant Lie)
5) I have then called numerous times and apparently the system is down how this applies to WhatsApp call is bizarre.
6) I have asked to speak to a supervisor but this has also been ignored.
7) The staff answering the call under than name Jeff Morgan is rude and aggressive.(+442039970967).

As you can see that are many lies that have been told to us in order to get our funds returned, on challenging one of you colleagues I have been told that “I will not get my money”. I have a record of this on My Whatsapp but the picture did not upload on this format.

Luckily the original emails IP address can be traced and a phone of the customer service person has been taken..
