I don't expect to get the money back after my flights were changed without my consent to dates that I cannot do, however I will be reporting this to the highest international organisation or the police in my country. Do not book with them. Do not give them your money. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful: mytrip and norse atlantic.
An update: I spent a fiver on Viber out credit to phone mytrip this pm and it eventually cut off. I tried to phone back and I went from number 1 in the que to number 55. This happened when I phoned this morning too. Also the options in the menu had changed order when I phoned back a second time. Very fishy.
Update: I received an email from mytrip that they have issued me a refund request to Norse Atlantic and they will go from there and send me the refund once they receive it. I will provide a further update in this post in 15 days.
Update: I got an email saying my refund has been processed and will be issued in 5 days to my account.

I am disgusted with the service I have had so far with Mytrip. My departing flight was cancelled by the airline and therefore was entitled to a full refund. I have checked my refund status online and it shows Mytrip were refunded the money back on the 20th of October from the airline. It then states that once they get the money ‘our current average handling time for refunds after receiving funds from the airline is 6 days’. It has been two months and they haven’t paid back the £740. I have contacted customer service multiple times and keep being told it has been escalated (everyday for as long as I can remember now). This has apparently been escalated at least 6 times now and im on a ‘priority list’ if this is the wait for priority id hate to find out what non priority is 😂. I have received no update or when I’ve asked for a manager there is never one ‘available’ to speak to and all they can offer is them escalating it but never given any contact details when I’ve asked to specifically speak to the ‘back office’ that has ‘lots of back payments’ HAHA actually joke I wish I checked the reviews before booking why are they on Skyscanner!!!! One customer advisor actually lied on the phone the other day saying that jt has been paid and he’ll send a transaction id over in the next 15 minutes. I asked if they had it there why couldn’t they just read it out and that I can already see online it says ‘waiting to process out’. I have attached the ref number, this needs sorting asap or I am going to sort filling a court case I’ve really had enough it is my refund from the airline and not yours to keep. Appalling.

Te slecht voor woorden dit bedrijf. Vlucht gecancelled door hun zonder verwittiging. Zelf achteraan moeten gaan, geld nu na een half jaar en na ontelbare mails en telefoontjes nog steeds niet terug!

DO NOT use. KLM cancelled the flight (which is okay) but then MyTrip gave me 20% of the refunded flight cost. Which should have been 100%

Vandaag 7-11-2022 voor de zoveelste keer contact gehad met het call center van Mytrip. Heb afgelopen augustus voor ruim 1500 euro 2 tickets naar Indonesie geboekt. Een van de passagiersnamen was verkeerd gespeld. My trip en september gevraagd voor een naamsverandering. Dat kon na betaling van 35 euro. Geld betaald, geen naamsverandering, maar de tickets werden gecanceld. Mytrip naar opheldering gevraagd. Maar zij schuiven alle verantwoordelijk af naar de luchtvaartmaatschappij. Ik moet maar proberen om daar een voucher los te krijgen. Maar ik heb een overeenkomst met Mytrip, niet met de luchtvaartmaatschappij. Nu zijn we bijna weer 2 maanden verder en Mytrip doet niets. Ik word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Ik moet maar wachten en wachten maar intussen zijn de tickets bijna 200 euro duurder geworden. Wat een bar slechte service levert Mytrip. Geld kwijt en geen tickets. Waardeloos!!!!!!

Avoid this company!!! Half way through are trip, our return flight info disappeared off the app (united airlines). Thankfully united sorted it out for us unlike this scam of a company. They will try to cancel your flight without any contact with you. Just book direct with airline company. This company nearly ruined our vacation

Pessima esperienza.Ho pagato un volo per Istambul e a distanza di una settimana è stato cancellato.Anche se avevo pagato in piu per assistenza e cambio biglietto dopo che ho scritto al operatore il mio problema non mi ha mai risposto nessuno.NON CONSIGLIATO.

320 euro betaald voor bagage omdat het verkeerd in de document stond
Ik heb een trip gehad naar Antalya waarbij stond dat wij 2keer 25kg koffers mee mochten nemen en 1x 10, dit op de terugweg.

Eenmal op het vliegveld hebben wij extra moeten betalen voor onze koffers!! terwijl er op onze reisdocument stond dat wij koffers mochten meenemen zoals hierboven beschreven.

De medewerker liet mij zien dat wij dus geen koffers mochten meenemen omdat wij daar niet voor hadden betaald zogenaamd, op mijn reisdocument staat duidelijk dat ik 2x 25kg mocht meenemen.

Ik heb ongeveer 320 euro betaald voor deze ongein en WIL MIJN GELD TERUGG!!!!!!!

Ik heb 5 vliegkartjes geboekt, 16 uur geleden en geen bevestiging mail gekregen. Niets meer. Bellen is nutteloos niemand neemt op bij klanenservice. Geld is wel afgeboekt

Wijzigingen bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij worden niet doorgegeven. Bij contact met de ‘helpdesk’ krijg je iemand die alleen Engels spreekt met een Indiaas accent. Bijzonder onvriendelijk, bijna niet te verstaan en bovenal niet behulpzaam. Na enkele doorschakelingen wordt de lijn verbroken. Oplichters

Oplichters!!!! Al ruim 2 jaar aan het wachten op mijn geld. 1200 euro
Vluchten gecanceld. Tickets naar Mongolië met turkish airlines. Mytrip weigert om terug te betalen

This company offered the option to book luggage with an international flight. Eventually it turned out they can't deliver this service and our only option is to book it at checkin. The whole experience with customer service to fix this issue was horrible. We would not recommend this agency as it took a lot of effort to fix even such a simple issue.

Please do not use this agent. Otherwise they changed your flight and ask you more than 3000 euro.

My flight had been changed to super early morning flight by this travel agent.
I got this email:
IF YOUR NEW SCHEDULE DOES NOT SUIT
YOU, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 5 DAYS VIA CONTACT FORM
So that I contacted with this agent and the customer service told me she can change the flight to different time which isn’t early one. I agreed and she told me she will let me know the results by an email. She didn’t mention the cost so that I think it was free, no cost.

I was waiting but nothing i got. I called them about the progress and they told me I have to pay more than 3000 euro to change the flight Or full refund.

I am sorry but it doesn’t make sense.

Ik heb nog steeds mijn geld niet terug gekregen terwijl er is gezegd dat ik binnen 10 dagen na 19/03/2022 (omdat dit de datum is waarop Turkish Airlines het geld heeft terug betaald aan de maatschappij) mijn geld zou krijgen. Op 29/03/2022 gebeld met ene Amit die zei dat hij supervisor is en dat mijn dossier geëscaleerd is en dat ik binnen 3 dagen mijn geld zou krijgen. Vandaag 3 dagen later heb ik weer telefonisch contact gehad en gebeld met ene Lux die weer aangeeft dat ik geduld moet hebben en moet wachten.
GEEF MIJN GELD TERUG!
Vanaf nu ga ik juridische stappen nemen tegen dit bedrijf !

Ik weet dat het bedrag door TAP is overgemaakt aan Supersaver.se. een bedrijf waar ik niets mee te maken heb.
Hopelijk nu geen uitvluchten meer en mijn geld (1785,15 euro) per direct terug .
Zo niet is mijn volgende stap de juridische weg.
Geduld heeft ook zijn limieten , 15 maanden id genoeg geweest

Leveren neppe tickets

Ik had een vlucht via Mytrip geboekt van Brussel naar Milaan. De vlucht is gecancelled. Europese regels zeggen dat je in dat geval binnen 7 dagen je geld moet terug krijgen. Mytrip wil niet het gehele bedrag terugstorten. Maar ook de rest wordt niet teruggestort. Dit is een geval van oplichting. Wees gewaarschuwd!

Zo te zien krijg je alleen je geld terug bij dit bedrijf als je juridische stappen onderneemt
