It seemed that as soon as I said I was paying cash and not financing, I was no longer a priority. First, when Alex reached out, he barely left a voicemail. It was just his name. Had my phone not predicted it was tresl I might not have called him back. He took forever to return my calls and always called at the end of the day even after I told him I’m in the EST not CST time zone with small children. He never left a voicemail after that and it up to me to chase him down for help. It just felt like I was a low priority. And even now, I’m not sure I got the best deal because they added temp plates and registration to a vehicle that didn’t need it. I’ve been nothing but irritated with them and I had no choice but to work with them. But based on this experience, I’d never recommend or opt to work with tresl again.

Dustin made my experience fast and easy. And I thank you for that. Though credit karma should not promise a lower interest rate than what you get. For instance credit karma said 6.9 and he could only get me financed at 13%.
