Just want to give a shout out to Alex, called me up and told me he had a deal that definitely nailed exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service and always quick to get back with you.

If you have good to excellent credit you don't need them. They are terrible. I had a 8%, applied for refinancing and after 11 inquiries they offered me 16%.
they will run your credit way more than any dealership ever will, just to come back with a rate higher than you could get on your own. They wont answer your calls or call you back. they'll just send automated text messages. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH THEM. JUST APPLY TO A CREDIT UNION ON YOUR OWN

I would never do business with TRESL again, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking to refinance a vehicle.

I applied through Credit Karma because TRESL advertised a refinance rate of 5.9%. That advertised rate is the only reason I gave them my information. After collecting all of my details, the offer I received was 8.89%—not even close to what was advertised.

The process became even more frustrating because they repeatedly identified my truck as an XL, even after spending nearly 20 minutes asking me about all of its options. My truck is a fully loaded Lariat. If it had actually been an XL, I certainly would not have paid over $64,000 for a 2021 model. It left me wondering whether they were paying attention to the information I was providing.

Instead of focusing on lowering my payment, the conversation turned into selling me GAP insurance, an extended warranty, credit protection, and even cyber security protection. I wasn't shopping for insurance products—I was trying to refinance my truck. Once all of those add-ons were included, my monthly payment increased by nearly $300. How does increasing someone's payment by hundreds of dollars accomplish the goal of refinancing?

I was also told my truck wasn't worth what I owed, even though my own research indicated a much higher market value.

From start to finish, my experience was that I was attracted by one advertised offer and then presented with something completely different. I invested my time expecting to save money and instead received a significantly higher interest rate, a payment that increased by hundreds of dollars, and a sales pitch for products I never asked for.

If your goal is to lower your payment, read every detail carefully before moving forward. My experience with TRESL was disappointing, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time.

Rachel at Tresl was amazing through the entire process of buying out my car lease. She goes out her way to handle what needs to be handled. Even when I would put pressure on her, she stayed professional and took care of me. Super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended. Richard.
