mi sono ritrovato abbonato partendo da un acquisto fasullo comparso su facebook...
ho visto addebitati i due euro e poi per aver cancellato l'abbonamento altri 8.80 euro.
spero non ci siano altri costi
Oggi mi hanno contatto e mi hanno detto che verrò rimborsato.
Rimborso Totale effettuato. Hanno mostrato serietà.

Ho effettuato un acquisto che non mi è mai arrivato per poi trovare la sorpresa che mi hanno addebitato 65€ su carta di credito nonostante abbia immediatamente fatto la cancellazione. Mi è arrivata un’ulteriore mail che al 30 maggio mi sarà addebitata su carta altra cifra… aiuto come posso fare?

This is a fraud website.
Do not trust this website, they charge 2 euros with a fake facebook ad, and then after you realize and try to cancel they charge you 8.35 euros just to cancel the subscription. They say that it will be refunded but it is fake.

SCAM SCAM. Do not click on Lidl link with kettle offer for £3. They took £2 delivery fee and then another payment for a subscription to be taken every 2 weeks. £41.76. No email ever received after requesting item. Told they will refund £41.76 but not £2 due to T&C’s. Relying on us not checking our bank accounts. Thank god for mobile banking. Must be making a fortune 😡

I' ll use this opportunity to compliment customer service. They were helpful, quick to respond and adress the issue I had with refunding my money. They also refunded it in relatively short time after my complain and were very professional about it.

Warte auf meine Rückerstattung!
Aktueller Stand von mysunjourney ich habe die sofortige Kündigung veranlasst und sie haben mir sicherhestellt das sie mir den ganzen Betrag zurückerstatten spätestens in 6 Tagen und leider ist nichts geschehen und sie haben nichts gemacht. Einfach eine pure Abzocke. Sie haben geschrieben wenn ich die Bewertung ändere erstatten sie den Betrag sofort und was ist passiert nichts gar nichts. Sehr enttäuscht!
