Really happy with this product

I bought this moisturiser last November at a Christmas shopping fair, directly from the maker, who was lovely. She spoke about the positive results people with eczema and sensitive skin had experienced.
I’m usually very cautious about trying new skincare, especially on my face, but it sounded promising and felt nice when I tested it on my hand.
When I got home, I tried it twice and both times my face flared up. At the time my skin was quite reactive, so I couldn’t be sure it was the moisturiser, as there are many possible triggers for me (heat, water, other products, external allergens ( but no food allergies) etc.), so I stopped using it.
I recently tried it again on its own when my skin was completely calm. Within minutes, my face went from clear to red, hot, and very itchy, with visible welts. It’s clear that my skin doesn’t tolerate this product.
I can see there are many very positive reviews, and I really wanted it to work as I like the ethos behind it. However, based on my experience, I would advise anyone with very sensitive skin to approach with caution.

Update 22nd April - I followed up with the email given below but have not had a response.

I bought the cream for my 11 year’s old son’s eczema. We used it at the back of his ear first, and within 3 days of applying every day after bath, his skin felt softer and less dry.
I am really impressed with the result, and we look forward to extending its use to other skin areas with eczema.

My husband and I love these product. The cream is now included in my daily facial routine and the cream is amazing for all our nicks or grazes we seem to amass doing diy and gardening.

I have tried and wasted a lot of money on skin care that works.
This product works for me.

Finally a beauty brand that cares about the environment, is transparent and great for your skin.

I love the packaging & although I ordered more cleanser & moisturiser I now find that the cleanser makes my skin feel quite dry. I then use the moisturiser & although it’s ok it doesn’t really give me that deep moisturising feeling, also I would prefer sun prevention included.

Face feels clean after using this product

I have super sensitive eyes so any cream serums or moisturiser I use must be without parabans and other nasty ingredients. My skin feels reduces this risk and is light yet rich and absorbs well. Results are smoother skin..I use it as a night cream

I have been using both products for more than a year and will continue to do so. They are fresh, soothing and nourishing to my skin so that, combined with the ethos of the company, the genius concept and the energy and passion that has gone into this brand make it a permanent choice for me.

Love the fact that these products are made with ingredients that would otherwise be classed as waste. Purchased the cleanser and love it's fresh fragrance.

I love these products - face wash and moisturiser. I have recently bought it for my daughter and husband too. I have very sensitive skin and they are both working a treat.

Very pleased with MSF products. Having bought moisturiser which I find very good for my dry skin, I have also bought the wash. I find this has made a big difference. Very happy :)

I love these products. Not just a feel-good brand doing amazing work for sustainability of the beauty indsutry, but creating products that really work. I'm 43, have never had any major issues with my skin, but last summer out of the blue had sore, peeling skin on my eye lids and neck. appeared out of no where for no apparent reason. nothing i tried relieved it over about 6 monhts. Until I found MSF. I used the wash and moisturiser for a couple of weeks and skin was back to being balanced and very healthy looking. I've not used anything else since (4 months now) and the sore peeling skin has never returned. now that is impressive! Room for improvement only in more products please!

I love the cream. Bought it on a market stall and now buying it online. I am not usually faithful to one brand re face cream but this one hits the right balance of moisturising, nourishing without making my face oily. It is good for my sensitive and eczema prone skin and it’s good for the environment. Love the colourful packaging too. Couldn’t ask for more! Maybe a larger tube size!

Amazing cream, reduced irritated and itchy skin within days and is still keeping it in check.

Bumped in to a lovely lady at a stall in London one December. Got talking tried the moisturiser and fell in love. Bought one then and over a year later I dont buy any other brand, plus use the face wash. I've had fantastic result with reducing breakouts (you do need to moisturise after for a barrier as it really does clean you pores out) and the moisturiser is brilliant for Psoriasis and eczema. 10 out of 10 all day.

I absolutely love the My Skin Feels moisturiser- it feels amazing. My skin doesn't like many creams but this just feels like a spa! It smells amazing, makes my skin feel soft and moisturised without any greasiness, and the ethical, sustainable back story makes me happy!
