They delivered before time and discussed everything with me. So happy with their customer service ❤️

I ordered a formal dress from them. Dress is really beautiful, size is perfect , stitching is good , their staff was really helpful and communicated very well but the fabric quality especially sleeves was poor . The fabric quality of the sleeves was poor. They were already damaged upon arrival, and after wearing the dress once, holes started appearing in multiple areas.

Awful customer service, ordered a medium size dress selected ready for delivery option which promises to get the suit to you by 10 days. Did not receive it until 4 weeks later, the clothes were a different colour from what the suit photo suggested and was sized incorrectly more like a small. It was for my engagement in a matter of days I needed a suit and they stopped responding to me. I ordered from several pakistani designers and have never had issues on delivery or sizing. I paid over £250 for a ugly outfit, paid for extra modest lining - very immodest, trousers are so big. Hate everything about it - my first and last time shopping here and would never recommend anyone to order from here especially if you do not live in pakistan.

Had the worst designer experience with them!!!
Rude, uncooperative and unprofessional staff.
Took 3 months to make a dress and then on the date of delivery started making up stories stopped answering my calls, when i literally fought them and asked for refund then i was given a date which was 8 days after.
Today I received the dress and its so poorly stitched, the neckline dors not sit AT ALL! Its not my size, they’ve taken my shoulder measurement as 13.5 while the one I received is 17, the dress is a COMPLETE DISASTER!!!
Thread stings hanging out, zips not moving, it too loose (almost size L while my measurements were as XS), surely looks like they’ve just handed over an old sample article to me to get done with it.

Omg!! My dress came so beautiful. This was my first time purchasing a dress from Mysie By Tahira, I was so nervous on how it would come out but it was PERFECTION. Amazing customer service & on time delivery. I’m amazed by everything. Got so many compliments!! Special thanks to Qandeel. Got let down by some big designers last minute with 3 weeks to go until a wedding.
Got in touch with the team at Mysie and cannot thank them enough.
In under a week, not only did I have my order confirmed, outfit shipped out and arrive to me in the UK, they updated me with pictures and videos of my outfit throughout the process.
The team were absolutely excellent and showed nothing but courtesy and professionalism.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Disgusting service! Ordered two outfits one which was £474 told me they could make in my size and for when I needed. Lied, sent me a smaller size that they had opened up and adjusted as there were seams that had been opened to make it a bigger size and sewn in the size label of what I needed. Can tell it’s not a freshly made piece as has a hole in it and dirt marks!! Have been, calling, messaging, sending pictures etc to arrange a return and refund and they are ignoring me. Arrived later than needed, via a different courier as discussed constantly lied to. Avoid at all costs. I’m upset beyond measure and they have robbed my hard earned money from me. Do not buy from Mysie.
Ordered on 28th September 2025 they didn’t even bother to give an order number via the online watsapp order team.

Excellent experience with Mysie. I placed my order very late with them and they still delivered on time. My order was placed through WhatsApp (I’m from the UK) and the communication was great and I was responded to promptly every time. My outfit was also beautiful and quality was also really good. Amazing Quality . Did urgent order still received before time . The detailing was so fine n the dress was so elegant . I love it . Now i am a regular customer of mysie .

I placed an order for 2 outfits and was guaranteed delivery by my requested date (about 3 weeks out). Mysie failed to deliver by that date and did not communicate any delays.

To this day, nothing has been shipped. Mysie only ignored my multiple requests for refund and proceeded to share a video of 1 finished outfit. They refuse to: Ship the completed item + provide a partial refund, or simply provide a full refund.

I have since reported their accounts to WorldRemit, TapTapSend, and international money exchange banks. This appears to be a scam operation, and I strongly caution others against sending money to them, ordering from them, or even thinking they are real. Shame on you Tahira Zahid.
