Eigentlich null Sterne. Ich habe ein Neck Hammock bestellt, die haltenden Gummibänder sind viel zu elastisch. Der Kopf liegt auf dem Boden oder er rutscht aus der Hammock heraus. Auf den Wunsch nach einem Rücksendeformular bekam ich eine Mail, dass eine Rücksendung nicht möglich ist, nur ein Umtausch. Aber wie dieser Umtausch geschieht (Adresse; Formular etc.) wurde nicht gesagt. Meine Mails kommen zurück. Ich fühle mich betrogen.

Ordered a neck hammock for €49, received one without branding, a letter or instructions, it won't work on my door handle so it's absolutely worthless and after enquiring twice I finally got this answer - which, needless to say - was not satisfying but they don't seem to give a toss about customer service:

Purchases made in our store are final, meaning that no refund or exchange will be offered after the shipment of your product.
Our quality assurance, yes that includes repairs and exchanges in case the hardware is damaged.
This is the official policy of the company, so we can not do more for you from the customer service department, we greatly regret the inconvenience.

Null Sterne geht ja leider nicht! Ich habe ein Original Neck Hammock für 49 Euro bestellt und eine billige Kopie dessen erhalten. Absoluter Betrug. PayPal kümmert sich jetzt, ich hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld zurück.

Meine Frau hat schlecht recherchiert und bei diesem Onlinehändler/-vermittler völlig überteuert bestellt!

Ihr Versuch von ihrem (nach EU-Recht) zustehenden Widerspruchsrecht bei Onlinegeschäften gebrauch zu machen wurde mit einem simplen Standardtext abgewimmelt.

Auf der Homepage befindet sich kein Impressum.
Es wird nicht über das Widerrufsrecht informiert (Widerrufsformular).
Es wird keinerlei Rechnung erstellt bzw. kein Lieferschein mitgeschickt.
Es gibt keine Steuernummer, kein Handelsregisterteintrag und auch keinen Ansprechpartner oder sonstigen Verantwortlichen.

Hätte ich das mal früher gesehen wäre ihr das nicht passiert...

Erfahrung macht klug und die 100 Euro haken wir mal unter "Weiterbildung" ab...

Ich werde den Vorgang aber trotzdem meinem Anwalt übergeben damit er das Fehlen des Impressums abmahnt!

Be very WARY of purchasing the Sonic Toothbrush. I discovered it's a single use item as the battery won't recharge. I paid $157 to Brush my teeth once!!! They have now agreed to refund me but I have to pay postage from Australia to China so I'm going to out of pocket a great deal.......so be warned this is not a good buy!!!

Uha. Jeg har betalt de 217 kr. via PayPal, og de er nok tabt, da de er hævet. Men her info til skræk og advarsel.

J'ai commandé et payé un accessoire d'aspirateur jamais réceptionné, et lorsque je demande des explications, on me demande sans cesse le numéro de commande,

Je n'ai pas bénéficié de la réduction promise. Annulation de commande le jour même , réponse automatique pour me demander le numéro de commande que je reprécise à chaque fois. J'espère une chose c'est de ne pas recevoir le colis ou le recevoir endommagé pour profiter de la protection Paypal.

Do not buy from ShopWala. They are total frauds. I bought a toothbrush from them after they advertised 30 Day Hassle Free Returns. Got the product and it was total not worth $120 I paid. I contacted them and they said they don’t take returns on personal or hygiene products. Eventually they offered me $50 refund. I declined because even $70 is too much for this piece of crap they sold me. Not to mention they said 30 day returns!!! SCAM!!! Anyway I know you’re thinking $120 for a toothbrush is insane but their ad was super convincing in saying that a dentist designed this toothbrush after seeing the damage and decay traditional brushing was doing to his patients’ teeth

I too got scammed by this fraudulent company. I am surprised they are still in business. I had two different orders. One was a Sonic Waterpik and the other one was the Sonic V-White Teeth Cleanser (which is garbage). Anyway, they sent me two V-White teeth cleansers but no Waterpik I asked them for their address for returned items and they would not provide it. They just said we cannot refund personal items. It's unopened and I did not order two. How else can I explain it!!. They simply ignored me and now I'm stuck with a purchase of $120 that I can not get back. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Received a battery powered dog grooming product that had the battery connector missing so I complained to Shopwala.They asked for a video which I provided. They then asked me to post the product back to China at my expense and pay a 20 euro inspection fee. Ok declining that opportunity, they stopped responding to emails, leaving me £35 worse off and a useless piece of plastic.

Strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs, once they have your money, they don't care....

Bestelling geplaatst van 92 euro. Betaling gaar naar UK maar levering komt uit China waardoor er plots 74 euro extra btw en douanekosten te betalen zijn. Is jouw probleem volgens Myshopwala ...

FRAUD!!
Received 2 products that I ordered from this company via Facebook. Only opened 1. The product was an absolutely a sham. The company would not accept a return or store credit even though 1 of the products was unopened and unused. Lesson leared... Do Not Order from Shopwala and Never buy products from Facebook!! $250 lost

SCAM. I would give 0 stars if I could. They do not tell you ahead of time the item you order is NOT REFUNDABLE. All you see is a 30 day refund policy. THIS IS A SCAM. The item arrived in the mail, I NEVER opened my product and they said I can't return it. It was way to expensive to be told no refunds when not opened.

Die materielle ist echt vom niedrigsten Niveau .... zurückschicken darf man es sofort mit der Posttman!!! .... aber leider weiss man nur zu spät das die Material nicht sehr robust ist .... very cheaply made. Bin sehr enttäuschend und leider Geld jetzt weg😣
Später habe ich leider erst die Beurteilung von anderen gelesen....Manoh..war ein haufen Geld!! ...

Helaas achteraf pas deze reviews gelezen nadat ik per ongeluk een tandenborstel heb gekocht door een advertentie via Facebook met PayPal.

4 weken later nog niets binnen, en geen idee bij wie ik moet zijn

geld kwijt, bestelling nooit aangekomen, contact opnemen met verantwoordelijke heeft altijd een standaardmail als resultaat

Ik heb 12 mei, 29 euro betaald maar nog steeds niks ontvangen.
