J’ai commandé un appareil pour muscler le ventre qui ne fonctionne pas j’ai tenté de les joindre toujours la même réponse me demandant le numéro de ma commande.

JE RECOMMANDE DE NE PLUS RIEN ACHETER CHEZ MYSHOPWALA ! J'ai acheté chez Myshopwala à 49€ un traceur GPS GF-07 qui n'a en réalité pas de fonction GPS et que l'on trouve partout ailleurs à moins de 20€. Soit. Mais, en panne dès sa réception il y a plusieurs mois, j'ai tenté à d'innombrables reprises d'obtenir de Myshopwala les modalités de retour contre remboursement ; invariablement, celui-ci me répond en me demandant un renseignement que pourtant je lui redonne dans chacun de mes messages, refusant ainsi de fait de remplir ses obligations légales sans le dire explicitement. AVEC DE TELLES PRATIQUES, ON DEVRAIT INTERDIRE LA POURSUITE DE SES ACTIVITÉS DE MYSHOPWALA. COMBIEN DE CLIENTS NE SE SONT-ILS PAS FAIT GRUGER COMME MOI!!!

I bought a SMOOTHSHAVE. I am extremely disappointed with the product. It doesnt work the way it was advertised. It can't even shave the fine hair. I will NEVER buy any item or product again.

J'ai acheté une montre AIRWATCH par MyShopWala.
Après 6 semaine la montre est tombé en panne.
Impossible de prendre contact avec un SAV, tous mes mails provoque une réponse me réclamant le n° de commande pourtant précisé.

Désespéré je compte porté plainte.

I purchased a drone. I now know it has a "known" defect. I emailed
Myshopwala to get a refund. They requested shipping / item information so I sent them a pdf of the shipping label with all of their information on it. No response back from Myshopwala.

Faccio presente s codesta azienda che il mio ordine pagato da 60 giorni nn è ancora arrivato.
Premesso quanto sopra si voglia procedere a dare immediatamente a quanto da me richiesto e pagato.

DO NOT BUY THE RAZOR!! I too, wish I had read the reviews first. They sent me a used razor! I was all scratched up. And no power adapter. You're in your own for that. I tried emailing their customer service and it was nothing but a run-around. I finally gave up and just chalked this up to I screwed myself by not searching for and reading reviews first. I tried to leave a review on their website. They didn't post my review and I'm sure they won't. Don't say I didn't try to warn you!

I ordered 4 yes hair removers! In the ad they said I was paying almost half price for the razors! Instead I was paying twice as much as I could have paid regularly and with no power supply! I will never use Shopwala again!

Évitez de commander sur ce site. Un produit commandé le 8 Septembre, toujours pas livré. Pas de suivi colis, après réclamations (5) toujours la même réponse, donner le num. De la commande les coordonnées etc...
Enfin, commande reçu bien après le délai prévu. L'emballage est trop léger et donc arrive un peu détruit. Le produit est complet. Malgré tout je ne renouvellerai pas cette expérience.

Bei mir waren es zwar nur 29,00 Euro aber trotzdem ist auch meine Ware nicht angekommen - nicht mal eine Bestellbestätigung habe ich bekommen, damit ich nicht beweisen kann, daß ich überhaupt was gekauft habe - nur die Überweisungsbestätigung von PayPal ist da. Habe jetzt den Käuferschutz aktiviert . bin mal gespannt.

een grote oplichters bende heb niet ontvangen wat ik besteld had. Bestel een smartwatch en krijg 2 sport bracelets. Hierover gereclameerd maar zeiden gewoon je hebt het zelf besteld. WEES GEWAARSCHUWD OPLICHTERS.

Hallo, trozt der mehrfachen Stornierung ist die Ware heute angkommen. Die Rechnung mit der Rücksendeadresse liegt nicht bei. Mir wurde auch keine Rechnung via E-Mail zugeschickt. Ich will die Ware so schnell wie möglich zurücksenden und finde keine passende Adresse. E-Mails bleiben unbeantwortet. Die Adresse bleibt stumm. Firma hält sich an keinerlei Vorschriften.

10/15/19 Update: Was charged $154 (ultrabrush) and $32 (replacement brush tips). Did receive email (after complaint) that they will process refund. Was refunded a majority of purchase except for $1.54 and $0.32. They are skimming 1%! Nowhere was there language advising of any fees for returns/cancellations/etc. My 1 star review remains.

9/11/19. No phone to contact. I left messages through the "contact us" page/link, but no response. Attempted to buy with Visa toothbrush device >$150 from getultrabrush.com and the links of bottom of page redirect to myshopwala.com. Now I am placing a merchant dispute with Visa.com.
