Espectacular

The vest is alright, not super thick but works for what it is. My landlord didn’t ask for more after I showed the cert.

Honestly, the ID tag looks cooler than I thought. My dog wears it proud lol. Didn’t love the tracking emails, kinda confusing. But the package came and that’s what matters.

Everything came as described, no surprises. Registered my cat as ESA no prob.

Took like a 5 day to get here but hey, it got here. Not super fast but I’ve seen worse. The paperwork looks legit and I liked the extras.

Ordered a service dog ID and patch set. My dog looks official now lol. Support was chill tho.

Got my ESA kit in the mail, not bad at all. Took a lil longer than expected but everything showed up. Looks alright. The vest fits my pup decent and the tags are solid. Not blown away but yeah, would order again if needed

Honestly, I was really impressed with their service and the tactical harness I got along with the registration.

I was a bit surprised when I later came across some of the negative reviews — I guess it’s mostly people who had issues that end up posting.

So I’m here to balance that out.

Te certificate is a joke...It looks fake, does not have my last name on it, just my first name.

The service dog vest has "service dog" strips that attach with velcro.

The contact phone did not work the first 2 times I called. On the 3rd call, I got a message saying that they only respond to email.

I needed a vest and certificate for a trip I'm taking Friday. I have traveled without a vest and/or certificate before. With this set up, no one would believe me. It looks totally fake.

After placed my order, there was no email confirmation from them. Had no idea if my order was coming or not

Never had an issue at all. Used this everywhere I go and it works

Wow, why are there only negative reviews here? I registered my Messy with them a long time ago and haven’t had a single issue for years.

I ordered the tactical service dog vest from this vendor. the vest arrived in good time, but was of inferior quality and only partially assembled. It had 4 buckles, 2 at the shoulders and 2 at the sides and all were merely slid onto the straps with no effort to secure them. The buckles were happy to slide around during use or if the flapping strap ends encouraged them. I'm not an engineer and I expected the buckles to stay buckled and the adjustments to hold the vest on my dog. My expectations were not met.

When I pointed out to the company that similar service dog vests were available on Amazon for $33 and came in red (the usual color for service dogs) I was told that the Amazon price was only good if I used the available discounts. Well, duh! Of course I'm gonna use the discounts. The difference between $49 and $33 is more than "a few dollars" to someone on disability income. No effort was made to address the inadequacies of the item I received.

The vest arrived with absolutely no instructions for assembly and I have searched the vendor's site for any instructions. There are photos of the vest (which is all black, so the photos do not show any detail) but no instructions or video to show how to assemble the vest. I am disabled and have little use of my hands so I am limited in how much ASSEMBLY of any item I can accomplish. The vest I've been using for years did not need any adjustment when I bought it and it's been used with 3 dogs including my current one. I have photos of the state of the straps when I received it, but there is no way to post them on this site. I've posted my photos on other review sites.

Fraudulent, don't believe the reviews, this does not work. Paid for everything I needed and my apartments still wouldn't accept as this is not from a real doctor. They have no help, the number doesn't work it always says calls overloaded and proceeds to tell you they prioritize premium subscribers, plus the stuff never came in the mail, never got a tracking number as the website said i would, and i couldnt dispute the transaction with my bank. They basically robbed me

If you are looking to get an ESA Letter, this is absolutely NOT the company to use. They DO NOT provide you with a letter. They charge you $19 for a REQUEST for housing knowing full well that your landlord requires an an actual letter from a licensed therapist/doctor.
