Bitte nichts kaufen , die Bestellung kommt nicht an und von der Firma meldet sich niemand auch nach mehrmaligen e-Mails, absolut keine Reaktion.

Don’t buy from this company. Ordered something on 31/01 and still haven’t came. I’ve emailed them several times but haven’t got a reply once.

Do not use this company the service is rubbish and I have not received my order

I wouldn't even give them 1 star its a FAKE COMPNAY please do not give them any money or even your time

Absolutely awful brought a hair wrap and it is not working keep emailing them and they are ignoring my emails just don’t know what to do now

Did not get my shoes and received no refund. The customer service is terrible too - please do not by from their website.

Seit 10 Tagen schreibe ich hin und her und mir wird einfach eine Rücksendung verweigert die mir rechtlich zusteht.
Die Qualität ist natürlich Müll.
Es wurden mir 50% Erstattung angeboten die ich bis jetzt auch noch nicht erhalten habe.
KAUFT HIER NIEMALS EIN.

Ich habe eine Rückerstattung versprochen bekommen aber nie bekommen. Leider habe ich nicht daran gedacht mich an klarna zu wenden und bin jetzt frustriert und weis nicht was ich machen kann. Kann jemand etwas empfehlen? Dei Bestellung war am 17.10. :(

Really bad quality shoes. Delivery took absolutely ages and I kept trying to cancel the order but they ignored my requests and instead sent me out a new pair. Upon receiving the shoes about 6 weeks later I am now trying to return them and they keep responding to my emails but ignoring the part about wanting to return the item so I am not sure whether they will actually let me. It's liket talking to robots. Avoid!

Qualität ist unterirdische Rücksendung wird einem verwehrt und Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe.
Ich warne jeden davor dort zu bestellen.
Ihr erspart euch ganz schön viele Nerven indem ihr dort nichts bestellt!!!

Awful! Please do not give this company your money! The quality is terrible and they don’t process refunds

Terrible quality shoes. Very cheaply made and definitely not worth a fraction of the cost they are selling them for. Spent ages emailing back and forth to get a refund with replies from them ignoring my refund request and saying ‘to proceed with the exchange please provide your alternative size’ instead. Not was I was asking and why would I want to exchange for such terrible quality shoes?! When they finally got round to acknowledging the fact that I wanted a refund they said that wouldn’t be the best idea because it would cost me the the same to return as it did the amount of the shoes £80?!?! They refused to provide me with information and a return address to return the shoes and instead gave me £20 back as a partial refund. Scam of a company, don’t buy from here

Ich werde in jedem Fall anwaltlich vorgehen. Es ist pure Abzocke was dieser Shop betreibt.

Sie versuchen sich zu weigern das Geld zu erstatten was sie am Ende sowieso tun müssen.
Ich warte noch die gesetzlich vorgegebenen 2 Wochen ab, reiche den Schriftverkehr beim Anwalt ein und dann muss der Betrieb mir das Geld sowieso erstatten zusätzlich zu den Anwaltskosten die sie auch tragen müssen.

Akzeptiert es nicht einfach das ihr abgezockt werdet!

Das Unternehmen bietet zwar ein Rückgaberecht an, das gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist, ich habe aber seit Tagen nur Diskussionen, weil ich den Artikel zurückgeben möchte. Die Qualität des Artikels ist sehr schlecht laut der Firma soll es ein sehr guter Stoff sein was überhaupt nicht der Fall ist auch die Größe stimmt nicht überein eher wie Oversize. Werde nie wieder dort Bestellen und hoffe das ich mein Geld zurück bekomme:/

I bought a black coat with a scarf, the material of the coat is very hard and it’s not warm. I contacted the customer service for request to return the item and they didn’t agree to my request. Super unhelpful and the product I bought was not worth the price I paid and now it’s a waste since don’t agree to let me return

Trotz der super schlechten Qualität weigert sich der Shop mir mein Geld zu erstatten.
Meldet euch gerne per Mail bei mir. Zusammen könnten wir einen Anwalt einschalten um unser Geld zurück zu fordern.

0 Sterne wenn’s gehen würde. Hätte mir einiges erspart erst hier nach zu lesen. Stehe kurz vorm Rechtsanwalt da die Rücksendung vom Unternehmen her nicht gewünscht ist. Absoluter China Schrott und nicht Grössengerecht stinkt extrem nach Chemie. Finger weg !
