Fundamentally misleading marketing
Edit: DO NOT PURCHASE FOR SAFETY REASONS. After fitting the final bar light yesterday, I believe this product to be dangerous. The specific issue here was the connection of two cables that had been simply wrapped together and covered with a rubber clip. Both these clips came loose and, had I not noticed and bought/fitted a proper housing, would have led to the live and neutral cables connecting or sparking. Considering that this sits inside a wooden box, this could easily could a cause fire, and not just the circuit to short/trip. The company also tried the question the validity of this review.
Sadly, exactly the same experience as everyone else.
Positves:
The lights were delivered (eventually) and do work. Well packaged if you're happy with large amounts of plastic tape which make it very difficult to recycle the boxes.
Negatives:
Quality overall is pretty poor. Lights are not 'warm' as we selected, but a cool/blue white. Our lights took over a month to arrive and I had no idea they would be shipped direct from China, not the Netherlands as suggested on the website.

I tried tracing their address and their page says says New Mexico but the larger company is registered in the UK. Has all the elements of a scam....

Excellenter Service und vergleichsweise gute Preise
Wir haben eine moon lamp bestellt und die ist El fach wundervoll. Sie kam pünktlich an (die längeren Lieferzeiten waren bei der Detailbeschreibung benannt und wurden eingehalten). Das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Der Kundenservice antwortet super schnell und ist sehr lösungsorientiert. Es fehlte uns eine Gebrauchs-Montageanleitung. Ansonsten wirklich ein erstklassiger Seevice!

2 Lampions
Die bestellten Lampen - 2 Lampions aus Seide 50cm + 70 cm, sind an unterschiedlichen Tagen geliefert worden und sind leider aus unterschiedlichem Material und auch die Verarbeitung und die Aufhängung- Rosette ist leider nicht ident. Auch hatte ich Naturseide erwartet, sieht jedoch wie ein Kunsststoffmaterial aus.
War doch eine " Katze im Sack" wie es bei uns in Österreich heißt.
Die Form der Lampions ist jedoch wie abgebildet .
Wer Überraschungen liebt, kann bei dieser Firma bestellen.

Überteuertes Dropshipping - sehr unseriös
Der Verkäufer bzw. die Seite mysalights.com ist sehr unseriös und ich würde definitiv jedem davon abraten hier zu bestellen. Man verspricht sich hochwertige Lampen aus Amsterdam/Niederlande bzw. geht man auch davon aus, dass sich dort der Firmensitz befindet, aber dahinter steht eine amerikanische Firma mit irgendeiner Adresse, die Dropshipping direkt aus China mit langer Lieferzeit und total überhöhten Preisen betreibt und der E-Mail Kundenservice ist KI gesteuert. Gehostet wird die Seite in Kanada. Es passt nichts zusammen und man will so weit es geht verschleiern. Keiner weiß wer diese Seite wirklich betreibt. Jedoch muss ich mysalights zugestehen, dass meine bestellte Leuchte Mysaglobe nach etwa 20 Tagen gut verpackt durch DPD geliefert wurde. Die Lampe macht einen guten Eindruck und funktioniert. Verarbeitung 9/10. Jedoch ist die Lampe höchstens 50-80 Euro wert und keine 200! Zu den Leuchten auf der Webseite gibt es keine Artikelnummern, Produktinformationen, Angaben zum Energieverbrauch usw., hätte mir damals schon auffallen müssen und wie gesagt aufkeinenfall bestellen!

habe eine kaputte Lampe aus China erhalten ( anstatt aus Europa , wie beworben) mit extrem schlechter Qualität. Sieht anders aus als auf dem Bild. KI generierte, nett formulierte Antworten, ohne akzeptable Lösungsangebote. Die Return - Seite im Internet funktioniert nicht und inzwischen wird beim Aufrufen der Webside vor Betrug gewarnt. Schätze die 200 Euro sind verloren.

Liars, do not believe what their customer service team agree to
Mysalights delivered a faulty and damaged light shade. I decided to use the store credit from the damaged light shade and add some more to get a more expensive light.
Due to the damaged one received previously I asked Mysalights to agree to refund me if I wasn't satisfied with the new shade. The did this, and I have an email in writing to this effect.
When the time came, the new light shade looked nothing like the picture on their website. The style and shape was completely different, it was bulky, mis-shaped and uneven.
The colour on the website was a lovely shade of bronze, but what was delivered was black and plastic.
It is my belief that this company is using imagery from different designs, creating a poor copy and attempting to sell as the original.
I can't add photos unfortunately but I wish I could share the differences from the website to what was delivered.
Unethical company, please avoid and save your money, time and stress.

Goedkope, misleidende webshop
Product dat ik ontving leek lachwekkend weinig op het product dat was afgebeeld op de website en was gemaakt van zeer goedkope materialen. Een soort Temu-/AliExpress-achtige praktijken. Heel misleidend.
Vervolgens gingen er 19 mails overheen voordat mijn pakket geretourneerd kon worden en ik mijn geld terug kreeg. Geld inmiddels wel terug.
Als je goed kijkt naar de foto’s op de website en het taalgebruik in de mail wisselingen lijkt dit een bedrijfje dat meer wordt gerund door AI dan door mensen die jouw een goed product en service willen leveren.
Laat de enkele goede reviews je niet overhalen om toch te kopen, de kans dat je er spijt van krijgt is heel groot.

Exactly the same experience as the vast majority of reviewers. Scam involving misleading delivery estimates, followed by the very late delivery of cheaply made rubbish that they then try to convince you to keep by offering discounts or requiring expensive returns to Amsterdam. AVOID!!!!
Update: hilariously they reply as below, then in the background try to delete the review as harmful or abusive content. Please do avoid!!

Items haven't arrived after 3 weeks
2nd Edit:
They repeatedly offer 50% refund if I take down this review (to be paid once the review is deleted) and eventually stopped replying all together. No resolution from them.
Edit:
It has now arrived (3 weeks later) and is not safe or fit for purpose. It's described online as an outdoor light with used manual but there's no manual, no safety markings, no IP rating to confirm outdoor use. It has tiny wires with the ends exposed and no junction box. I have again requested a full refund and I can return the items at their expense but not my own - they are defective and unsafe. Definitely not as described or for for purpose.

I made an order October 23rd and sadly didn't check reviews before I did. It's now mid November, nothing has arrived. They provide two tracking links which gives different information so I have no idea where my package is. The Evri link shows no movement since October 31st and Evri are making Enquiries into the package being lost. Mysalights are not helpful at all and keep saying it's on its way but provide no evidence of this. I have my electrician booked but they won't be here in time or at all. Other reviews state it's bad quality but I obviously cant comment. I have been asking for a refund for days now as the lights are lost but they refuse to help. They are offering 10% off but I have no item??? I wish I never bought them. I spent £200 and they won't refund me and can't show any evidence of where the lights are but it's been 3 weeks so it's beyond a joke now. AVOID!

Die Lampe kam schlecht verpackt, einzelne Teile fehlten. Qualität ist unterirdisch. Die Lampen aus Baumarkt für 30 Eur sind hochwertiger. Retour maximal umständlich gemacht - ist klar wieso. Auf keinen Fall bestellen.

good return proces
Ik heb een lamp gekocht die ik niet had opgemeten en helaas was deze veel te klein bij levering. Ik heb een return aangevraagd en ondanks dat ik eerst enkele mails door een chatbox moest verwerken heb ik uiteindelijk een retour adres gekregen en 15-20 dagen na retour het geld integraal terug op mijn rekening ontvangen. Ik was door alle reviews heel bang voor de terugbetaling maar dit is effectief gestort zoals ze hebben beloofd.

SCAM!!! No refund provided ongoing from August ‘25 for poor quality goods. Beware! Ordered 2 marshmallow pink ceiling lights, they arrived , thin wires, no connectors or instructions. Returns process is a farce , several emails including pictures and main concerns and a customer service advisor giving my electrician instructions on how to use different wiring to the one provided to fit before I eventually got a returns address. Followed the address and instructions provided to return at a cost of 69 pounds to me and the lights arrived in Netherlands but now supposedly on way back to me???? DO NOT USE unless you like throwing away money.

Service client très réactif
Il y avait un problème avec le transporteur en France qui a retardé la livraison. Mysalights n'y était pour rien mais ils ont été très réactif pour investiguer d'où venait le problème et assister le transporteur dans la recherche du colis. J'ai fini par recevoir le colis. Celui-ci ne convenait malheureusement pas à mon intérieur et Mysalights a accepté de me rembourser immédiatement et intégralement.

Stay away from this website. What a scam. The products are shipped from china and take ages to be delivered. The quality is very very poor, all plastic and cheap looking.
It's a fuss to return, they try to offer you a refund of 25% if you keep the products, or 50% discount on your next order.

Schöne Aufmachung der Webseite - aber auch 1 Monat nach der Bestellung ist die Lampe noch nicht eingetroffen. Werde laufend vertröstet und zurücktreten vom Kauf kann man auch. Würde die Seite meiden.
