How I wish I had checked on this company before ordering an item of “ knitwear “ my experience has been the same as many others… item cheap and nasty, quite unwearable and zero genuine response to emails. No return address has yet come my way. I have reported this as fraud to my bank and suggest others do the same . A scam .

Ordered a top, not aware this was a Chinese company, item arrived and unsurprisingly so poor quality and nothing like the web image. Long negotiation with their frustrating customer service team. Will get a paltry partial refund, even though they miss sold and misled with fake images. Item is unwearable. Disgusting, thieves, company is such a con.

I haven't received my order and noone is replying to my emails. That's a scam

Ordered jumpsuits. Coming absolutely poor quality. Zero respond from them . I was reporting them to back and get the money back . I checked and all the photo in them website it’s from Temu and Shein .

Ordered Classic leather jacket and it’s NOT leather!!! Very misleading, it’s cheap synthetic from China. Very disappointing.

AVOID - AT ALL COSTS!! I would give 0 Stars if possible. Easy to order. Average delivery. Poor packaging. Impossible with everything else. Maybe a scam. Maybe not. But certainly feels that way, especially now I want to return the items I bought, but impossible to get an answer. Literally. I've now sent multiple emails and each one comes back: "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now".

Well, I can’t really say anything that has not already been said. This company is not based in London it is a Chinese mail order company that sends you garbage then will not let you return it and will not refund you. Avoid like the plague!

My complaint is the same as others here - poor quality, unwearable long sleeve jump suit as short zip opening is on the side. Initial response to my request for a return address was quick, while I complied with all their demands concerning condition of the product and proof of delivery. Gave me the return address only after telling them that I was applying for a refund through Barclaycard. The international tracked return has cost me £23.50 through Royal Mail. The return address is Wang Maoqin, Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yingzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang 315100, PRC.
I also told them I would be adding my complaint to Trustpilot as they are complete scammers.

Brought a pair of trainers £55 said they were leather, they are not , advertisrd as a company in london and came from china over 2 weeks later, i am not happy and from the reviews hold out no hope for a tefund.

Placed an order with Myso London, only realised when I got follow up emails about delivery that I was not dealing with a company based in UK and delivery was taking a lot longer than stated.There customer support thankfully did respond to emails and I did eventually receive my order so credit to them. Package arrived in good condition and well packaged. Only time will tell if the sofa throws are of good quality, they appear well made and of size stated and looks very nice.
It's a pity this company is not more upfront about where they are actually based.

Save your money. Dont buy nothing from them.

I think 1 star rating is being generous! I sent an email asking where my goods were? on their website it stated 4 to 5 day delivery time. I was on my 10th day, I emailed them through their contact information. I had a reply stating that, the item should arrive shortly. When I received the item, the quality was poor and I’d have to be a giant to fit in to the jumpsuit’s. I replied back using the email they sent me, the email didn’t send due to their mailbox being full. I sent another email, again going through their contact us page. I asked for their return address? 4 days later, I had an email stating that they wouldn’t give the address until they received photos of the items. Again, couldn’t reply back to the email. I had to go through their contact info. I sent photos and the reason for the return, I then waited another 5 days for their response. I finally had a response, the address was in China and I had to pay for the return postage. I posted the item yesterday the cost was £26.00 as it had to be tracked. I emailed them again stating that I had returned the items through their contact information…now it states that this email box is full! So I have now spent £96 all together and not even sure I’ll get a refund. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!!!

Item sizing not as described, and like many others return postage expensive. Also misleading as company name suggests based in London when in fact in China. Avoid and buy in person from reputable shop.

Highly disappointed with my purchase.
There is no way to contact them except the email id provided which too is a fake one.
They have put fake trustpilot reviews on their website.
I received my order after a long wait only to find an incomplete order.
The coat is without any belts on the sleeves and the waist. I understand the belts would be detachable so searched my package but couldn’t find them. I can’t wear the coat with these loops on the sleeves and waist without any belts

What I ordered on the site to what was delivered are not the same. The quality is poor and now I am having problems trying to return.

I should have read reviews before buying, annoyed with myself.

Please don’t trust this site.

Why should I have to give a star at all? This is a complete scam. I've tried contacting them for a refund. They asked me to provide a photo before they would share the return address, which I did, and since then their email Inbox is full so my emails keep bouncing back! I haven't had a response since New Year and doubt I will get one! Avoid like the plague!!

Ordered product not knowing from china, arrived poor quality, Wrong size…. Requested a return & refund and zero response.
Therefore I have found that Mysa-London was dissolve last year. The owner was a Rinkal Patel of Croydon….. strangely enough he has another company called Nummies Ltd also from Croydon, strange that……..
I have the business address and will be now addressing a legal/ small claims to him.

I am a first and last time customer. I want to return a poorly fitted swimwear and they are saying it is non-refundable for unhygienic reasons. As if l would have tried on without showering first and in bare!!

Misrepresenting their business as UK based when in fact it’s China. Trying to return an item I believed I purchased from UK they want me to return at my expense to China. Constantly fobbed off, takes days to reply asking the same questions over & over so I never get anywhere.
