Great product but messaging can be insensitive
Great product. My only concern is how pregnancy/parenthood focused all the messaging is, including recommendations etc. A lot of people seeking fertility support, specifically, are doing it during or after very hard or devastating situations and being recommended anti-morning sickness or breastfeeding support or whatever is really painful. Great that you do all these products, but maybe a bit more sensitivity particularly around the fertility based products would be good.

Post order customer service not good
I ordered the morning sickness kit which arrived. I was disappointed because the picture shows a presentation box which was not included. I was giving this as a present and it just looked like I’d picked a few items instead of buying a kit as advertised. I emailed M&M and messaged them on IG two weeks ago but haven’t received a reply.

I’m still waiting for the order
I’m still waiting for the order I placed 13 days ago. The item does not say it’s been shipped or offer any updates. I have emailed and sent two messages on the website with no response . This is extremely disappointing as I am heavily pregnant and very much in need of the item. I hope this review will promt some communication from them!

Very poor customer service
Products are fine, no magic cure for morning sickness though. Delivery was slow and customer service is very poor. Delivery took much longer than advertised and Julie just blamed Royal Mail. Perhaps forgetting that customers contract is with M&M and not Royal Mail, it is up to M&M to ensure we get the service advertised.

Sorry to hear you feel this way.
We dont shrug any responsibility, we shipped your order within 1 hour of receiving and sent using agreed method as selected on your order RM48 service. RM48 is a second class service. Instead of recieving your order in 2 wk days you recieved it on 5th wk day, we were in contact numerous times (3 responding emails) and apologies for RM service. We hope you can appreciate we have to use a 3rd party courier to deliver your items and have no contrrol over RM.

I paid for next day delivery a week ago and my order still hasn’t arrived. I emailed the company and got no response. Wouldn’t recommend.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, product hasn’t arrived and the details on the website led to another firm. After multiple emails I got a short reply with no apology stating the product was out of stock, haven’t heard since and a month later product still not here.

I ordered a morning sickness gift set for my friend who hasnt been feeling well. Estimated shipping was 3-7 days but it arrived the very next day. She was so surprised and pleased, the presentation was beautiful and she confirms the mints and tea taste great and help a lot. Highly recommend
