This SCAM company has changed its name to “Masterpiece Me” FYI!! In the last week, and shut down their other website. Do not order! The website is the nearly the same with same info and examples, including small details in the shipping information.

It's a complete scam. It starts with a good idea, great marketing, great follow-up, but as soon as the time passes by that's where you find you've been tricked. Professional scumbags. They even spend their time erasing comments on facebook. Too bad they cannot erase the likes and dislikes.
I despise however does this.

SAME!! I ordered Nov 20 I got an email two wks ago stating it would be shipping soon then nothing NOW THE SITE IS DOWN?!? What the actual...SERIOUSLY??? I’m pissed.

As an update from my earlier review 3 months have have passed and still no picture. Now they are not responding to messages (Nas or Rhea) Has anyone got a refund on here at all?

I ordered two portraits at the beginning of Oct. They were supposed to be Christmas presents. I have not received either one. I also get the same emails about them having problems with a new shipping company. I am so disappointed and angry. Those were supposed to be the "coolest" gifts. I paid for them and got nothing.

If only I could give negative stars. This company is a complete scam. I ordered 7 weeks ago and was never even sent a confirmation number. Fortunately I took a screen shot when I ordered it. Never got shipping info, but receive countless emails every day about their “flash sales”. They even had the audacity to send me an email asking “are you LOVING your new portrait?” When I responded and said NO I HAVENT EVEN GOTTEN IT, I get the same old automated message “we’re busy please be patient”. They also tried to tell me they switched shipping companies and that’s what the hold up is. LIES. No one has ever given me even an estimate of when my package will be shipped, and after seeing all these reviews, I realize I will never be getting it. They also go through and delete all the negative comments left on their Facebook posts. So disappointed that I won’t have Christmas gifts to give to my family. I can’t believe this site is still operational. This company needs to be shut down and the employees should be sued or put in prison.

Ordered November 7. Here we are at December 11 and I now can’t give my parents their main gift for Christmas when we meet for a few days on the 14th. Oh and we only see each other once a year. Thanks Royal Portraits or should I say “Scam Portraits”.

Customer service is a joke. They have an email account that may or may not get back to you. My order was “getting ready to be shipped” on November 28. And now today I get an email that it’s being sent over for design???? Which one is it and how did we go backwards in the design process?

I ordered a similar product from Canvasist for my girlfriend’s parents. It came in just 2 weeks if anyone wants another option.

Yup scam. Damn it.

They never sent confirmation but I had copy of order in my history. Charged immediately but now cannot even give me a estimate of delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Feel cheated.

Ordered portrait as gift for my husband for Xmas back on 10/05/2020. Took my money immediately. Did not send any confirmation or tracking code. CONSTANT emails for products, though. We are now 18 days until Xmas and no one is responding to me. Auto generated email saying due to high volume to be patient for their response. That was 5 days ago. After reading all these reviews, I now realize I've been scammed. I recommend avoiding this company completely.

I ordered a portrait on 10/26/2020 and it is 12/5/2020 and I have not received a tracking number for delivery. They give a time estimate of 5 weeks. I emailed for an update and have only gotten this: "We are currently experiencing high volumes, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding"

I placed an order back on August 8th for my father’s birthday. It’s been over 3 months and I have not received my order. Every time I reach out someone answer but gives me some lame excuse why it’s taking so long. It’s extremely annoying having to reach out over and over again and not receive anything. I asked for a discount for the huge inconvenience but they denied my request. Please save your money and don’t fall for their special offers. Pass the word around so no one falls for this scam on cyber Monday.

This is an update from earlier in the month.

Having ordered a single portrait on the 11th of September, I received a mail claiming the tracking details were on the way-never happened.

A number of emails were sent-which received automated replies.

Having complained to BBB a couple of weeks later they wrote to me!

Someone called 'Nas" claimed that they are "migrating to another shipping company".Another stall tactic. Utter BS.

Complain to BBB and spread the word people.

This is a total scam. Needs to be closed.

I ordered a pillow on July 15 and as of November 15, 2020 I still don’t have the product. They do answer my emails thanking me for my patience but otherwise their service is terrible. Save your money.

They claim to have 6k+ reviews. Look far back at their reviews and you will see that most reviews are fake as they just duplicate the same reviews many times to make it look like its 6k. Scammers
