Since I installed the Pura water filter on my kitchen tap, there was a very noticeable difference with the water quality. After a week or so the dirt build up in the filter was there.

We have had the filter for a little bit and the rubber on the housing started to not work causing it to leak water everywhere as soon as I informed purahome they sent a new one as a replacement I'm a very happy customer and will continue to tell family and friends how great the product and company are.

The best water filter
Since I bought the pura water filter. My fruit & vegetables are lasting longer since they have been washed in the filtered water. I water my plants with the filtered water & my dog has filtered water in her water bowl

I was having difficulties working out how to attach it to my tap
I was having difficulties working out how to attach The filter to my tap and commented on a post any this issue. Purahome reached out to me to offer help. They were very patient with me sending videos and pictures, then sending me step by step instructions to rectify my issue of trying to use the wrong attachment. It is now all set up and working perfectly and the taste of my water is finally free of chlorine!

Impressed by Both the Product and Customer Care
I am very satisfied with the Purahome water filter unit. I used it for about six months when the main unit started leaking, so I contacted customer service. Marinel responded promptly and clearly, and the unit was replaced with a new one, allowing me to use it again without any issues. I sincerely appreciate the friendly service and the quick, effective response. This experience has reinforced my trust in both the product and the company.

Avoid buying the product unless you're sure it will fit your tap
Avoid buying the product. They advertise a 30 day return but will keep on asking for things, videos etc.
The filter would leak and they keep on insisting that you have to screw the adaptor further when there are no rings left.
Further update:
My return has finally been processed and the company followed up to assuage my concerns. The product didn't work for me but I hope it works for others. This changing from 1 to 3 stars.

Transformed my families health
I’m a father of 4 and PuraHome honestly changed my families life. We were all suffering from poor digestion and thought it was the food. I couldn’t believe what a great product…

Drinking clean water is a must
This is a great product.Much easier than the water jugs as I have a small kitchen with limited bench space so on the tap works for me.
I have just signed up for the subscription plan to get filters sent every 6 months as the filters are where the high cost comes in.
The support response when I had a query was very prompt and helpful.
The only thing that I would critique is that the site is a bit hard to navigate and is a bit busy aesthetically.But I’m a less is more sort of person.
