I would not recommend Precise Plumbing & Air.

I scheduled an appointment specifically for a diagnostic because my HVAC system was having issues. When the technician, Ash, arrived, he spent only a few minutes looking at the system and then immediately quoted me approximately $1,500 in repairs without clearly identifying the actual problem.

When I asked how he knew what needed to be fixed, he said he would need to perform additional diagnostics to determine the issue and wanted to charge me another $150 for that service. My understanding was that the purpose of the appointment I booked was to diagnose the problem in the first place.

The experience felt confusing and not straightforward. I left without a clear explanation of what was wrong with my system and felt pressured into approving costly repairs before the root cause had even been identified. Transparency and communication are important when dealing with expensive HVAC repairs, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations.

We recently had an unexpected plumbing emergency when our basement started flooding due to a blocked drain. They also gave us some great advice on how to maintain our drains to avoid another situation like this. On top of that, they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Even though our basement had been a disaster zone just an hour earlier, they left it looking better than before.

What really made this experience stand out was their professionalism and courtesy. They were friendly, patient, and never made us feel like just another job on their list. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.
