Have I been scammed??

I ordered 3 pots of Powerlife in June and they were all 7 months out of date. I’ve tried to contact the company to let them know and the email and phone number are not recognised. So I came to the conclusion that I had been scammed. But now I’ve come on here and seen it’s a bonafide company so now I an just confused and left with an expensive product that I can’t use.

It’s waaay too sweet

It’s waaay too sweet. It tastes like artificial sweetener (stevia). I wish I could choke it down but my kids won’t even drink it. We don’t eat many sweets or sugar and I would think most health conscious people wouldn’t.

Not worth the shipping hassles

The products are OK but don’t really standout from other suppliers of supplements, but what does stand out is the ridiculously long shipping times, usually 3 weeks to Oklahoma. Tried to stay with it for 2 years but after the third misplaced order I give up. Tony Horton it’s a shame that you can’t figure out how to manage shipping in todays age of two to three day shipping.your products do not stand out sufficiently for the aggravation of 2 - 3 week shipping and frequent lost orders. Everyone else I order from seems to be able to manage prompt delivery.

Very disappointed

I tried the powdered drink as advertised by Brook Burke….. not only was it expensive but I also received a container that was 1/2 full! I attempted to reach someone in customer service twice, I received no response.
I mixed the chocolate powder with milk and began having stomach issues about 1/2 hour after drinking it. Bloating, gas and stomach pain.

I bought the chocolate flavored one

I bought the chocolate flavored one - tastes awesome! I was very surprised actually as in the past i have hated taking Protein powders. I decided on this one after reading about it and what it can do. I was suffering from really low energy and my muscles ached from just doing the day-today movements…so you can forget about me making it to a gym. I started taking this in Jan 2025 and i think i am two boxes down…I have great energy, I workout daily (Chalene's Turbo Fire and Tony Horton's P90X) and have excellent recovery so i can hit my workout goals daily. The chocolate whey tastes horrible in my opinion. I am just not going to use something that tastes so bad. I called and I have to send it back at my own expense to get my money back. I bought 2 so clearly I felt excited about it. Now I have to send it back and wait for a refund. A waste of time and resources in my opinion. If it is a 100% guarantee then they should give me my money back without making me go through all the hoops. I suggest reading the fine print before ordering. If you don't like it you will be paying a significant cost to return it.

I wouldn’t even give one star but I have to. It’s a scam. I have three jars two jars. I haven’t even opened the one jar. We used three times now I have to pay to ship all three jars back to get my money which is gonna cost me more than it’s worth because they are scammers it doesn’t work it taste like chalk it’s disgusting DO NOT BUY EVER we bought it at the end of November. Very fine customer service and friendly

Very fine customer service. Very good product. I have ordered three different supplements but I feel confident in saying that High Impact Whey Protein has helped me get back to exercising. I have been using it for about three months. I am steadier on my feet and my balance has improved. (My opinion) I will continue to use it because I anticipate more positive results. I have a neurological condition. Prior to Whey, I simply did not have the energy to exercise (again my opinion). Now I am on my way. I am 75 years old.

i love the taste of the vanilla plant…

i love the taste of the vanilla plant based protein. i dont like meat so i know i really don't get the protein i need altho i do eat soy based morning star farms crumbles at times... but i wanted to start doing shakes. I put in blender and blend the protein powder one scoop -with a banana and organic blueberries and strawberries and the water and it is soooooo good. However, I would like to know if it is normal to get it filled only half way in the plastic bottle when arrives??! I was a bit surprised as it was only filled halfway!

I have been using the High Impact whey…

I have been using the High Impact whey protein product and I can see and feel the difference. I am 59. My muscle growth is effortless and my joint pain is greatly reduced. I have been using this product for 6 months and I have been very happy with the results. I had an issue with the taste and wanted to return the plant base protein for the whey. I had no problem whatsoever. If you are looking for something that is going to be like an energy drink this is not it. There is no rush. You just have less pain and more strength. Finally a no-hassle return process

I used three containers of Power Life Plant Protein. The taste was okay, and my hunger was sustained all morning, but I felt it didn't live up to the muscle-building-without-the-gym claims of the ad. The company had a great return policy of a simple form online and return the bottles even if empty. I paid return shipping. My money was refunded a couple of days after they received my package. Terrible tasting product!

I've tried the Whey Protein Powder. I don't know how people can drink this product, it's the vanilla flavor but, it tastes terrible! I have pictures of the product in the bottom of my cup that look like strips of leather!
I would like a full refund and I don't want to have to pay for the return of this product!

Returns are costly

I love the high impact protein (both the whey and plant based), and have tried a number of things including the Foundation Phytonutrients and High Impact endurance, which we've liked but haven't been as dedicated to. I ordered Foundation Four and was looking forward to it, but once we tried it, we just really hated the taste, and requested a return, as everything has a 90 day guarantee were totally comfortable with trying it... HOWEVER, today I had to pay $23+ to send it back, more than 1/2 the cost of one jar of the product (we paid $120 for 3 of them). Very unhappy with this, and will be reticent to try any new product from MyPowerLife, despite being very loyal to Tony Horton for years now.

May be time to find a different protein product too. This left a bad taste in out mouth in more ways than one.

I bought a supplement from PowerLife

I bought a supplement from PowerLife, after checkout the website directed me to additional products and asked if interested. I proceeded to add the additional items to my shopping cart, so I don’t have to look for the items later, and will look into the products. I did not know they were going to charge me at that moment and place the order. When I saw they did, I Immediately called customer service to tell them I did not want to place that order just yet.. they gave me a refund, i explained i had thought the additional order was going to go to the “shopping cart” not my previous order i had placed. When I got the refund i was short almost 28.00!!! I called customer service and she claimed it was because it was because of customs duties, when I was not satisfied I asked to talk with a supervisor named “Patty” and she was very rude, and blamed my bank. I called my bank and they told me this happened because it took over 24 hours for them to recieve the canclation from Powerlife, thus changing the exchange rates. However, I cancled in less then 1 minute after I saw the order did not go to the shopping cart, rather the order proceeded on it’s own. I tried to explain this to customer service and they didn’t care! I explained i would like the 28 dollar difference, or a voucher, they basically told me too bad. What kind of website takes your money without authorization on the website, and then doesn’t rectify the problem? Gives a bad taste in the mouth without even trying the product!! Tony stand by your product and don’t allow the website to do this, and don’t allow customer service to be so ignoratnt to glitches that take place on your end!

The Endurance supplement gave me more energy …

The Endurance supplement is wonderful and Tony Norton’s company is better than any of the other companies. Soon after starting the Endurance supplement and noticing a difference that I felt stronger and had more energy I developed a very bad virus (probably RSV-a horrible virus for infants and seniors, can be deadly).
But when I recovered I had an excess of the Endurance. I was shocked when Brittney, the sweetheart in customer service told me that they would hold back the box of 6 bottles they were getting ready to send me. I could also return.3 other boxes of 6 bottles. This would put over $500.00 back into my account-$128.24/4 boxes. I had explained to Brittany how ill I had been at the time I should have been taking IT and hadn’t been able to return it. I’m sure they still would have returned it because it’s their policy so I don’t understand why other people had difficulty returning theirs. Sometimes it’s the way you approach the situation. And some of the other poor reviews….. some-
