Simple and quick
The order for a cholesterol heart check came quickly and fitted through the letterbox. Following the instructions I was able to do the test within 20 mins, including the 10 min wait time for the test strip to analyse the small blood sample. I'm not entirely convined by the accuracy of it based on you having to take a photo of the test strip, but my results came back as very good, so I didn't use the free call from them to discuss it, so can't comment on how this was. It seems like a simple, easy way to get tested.

I led two community-based cardiovascular screening events for ICHP, engaging just over 100 participants and creating an accessible, inclusive environment where people could quickly understand their heart health.
