Instructions are terrible says code on back of pack when its on the back of the delivery box The online instructions ask you for so many personnel questions before you can start the test even about your own parents (mine unfortunately died when I was a child so could not answer as did not know) then asked me to put blood droplets on something that i have never heard of then kept telling me to peel back the tape that I had already done then said take a photo which I did several times as kept saying image to blurry then sais sending out new kit what a waste of time

Apparently not enough blood
Apparently not enough blood, as a regular blood donor I’m aware what to do, peeled off the sicker all 3 dots white. Tried the test again by adding more blood. What a waste of £20

Useless app & kit cannot be used without it
Useless app. Does not work on latest model iPad or iPhone so could not do the test. Check the App Store. There are many similar reviews. If I had known it needed an app before purchasing it I would have checked this out. On iPhone can’t get past the Home Screen, on iPad the Sign-up page has a fault that can’t be over-ridden. This is basic stuff that should be tested. As I cannot load the app the kit is useless to me. Waste of money

Waste of money
Thought I would try the heart kit as I liked to know how healthy my heart was. I did the test and the results came back. Imagine my horror when the report said my heart age is 84 years old, nearly 16 years above my real age. and my cholosterol was really high.
I immediately went to my doctors to get a real test, and the doctors reults came back as excellent, all my cholersterol measurements were perfect.
So much for these DIY kits. I followed every instruction to the letter and its results caused me a lot of anxiety. What a waste of money !!

Absolutely rubbish had total cholesterol at 4.2 went to docs for blood tests and was actually 5.9 now on statins
Absolutely terrible waste of money and dangerous given results miles out
The reply from you is absolute rubbish I have absolutely not read the numbers wrong and the figures do not fluctuate that much
Not interested will not use this product again the number is absolutely 100% not incorrect

We are obviously concerned about your comments: the performance of PocDoc Healthy Heart Check kit is a priority for us.
We are very confident in the accuracy of our medical device, as it has been through stringent clinical performance evaluation as part of our UK CA medical device registration. It is because of this accuracy performance, that the test is being adopted across multiple NHS organisations in the UK.
It is also important to note that cholesterol levels change over time, and even small differences can take a ‘green’ result, into a ‘red’ one. A great experience
From ordering to results the experience with PocDoc was effortless and seamless. Ordering was simple and delivery as described. The home testing kit is ridiculously easy to use. The app displays the results clearly and provides sufficient clear output without having to have a doctorate to understand. Game Changer...

So quick and easy to do this test at home. I was worried about my cardiovascular risk as I haven't been to a doctor in over 15 years but thankfully a very great heart health assessment came through in under 10 minutes. This is a game changer and everyone should be doing this screening at home rather than taking up your own and nhs valuable time going to your GP. Well done PocDoc

Excellent product backed up with great customer service.
My first attempt was unsuccessful - I was automatically sent another test that arrived promptly. I found the videos that accompany each stage of the process very helpful - the results were clear explicit with additional information.
I was relieved with my results as I'd been worried about my heart health. I'm now motivated to reduce saturated fats.
I've recommended this product to friends family colleagues both in and outside of the UK.

Great service from the company
Great service from the company, had to do the process twice only because I didn’t read the instructions properly the first time. Got a second kit almost immediately. Easy to use and gives peace of mind. Would recommend.

Easy to use
Easy to use. If you did Covid tests at home then you'll find this one pretty similar. Admittedly, no one enjoys pricking their finger but the spring loaded lancet works well and gets it done! Only drawback for me was that my Samsung Galaxy J6 couldn't use the App, so I borrowed my son's phone to run it.

Could do with clearer guidance
It would be useful to have some clearer guidance in the leaflet, maybe with pictures for each step. I was confused about where exactly to apply the blood drops and I wasn’t sure if the results were valid as the sample didn’t apply evenly on the surface.
