On a return trip to our air strip, low on fuel, a helicopter was working too close to land with out a collision between he and I in, a Grumman ag cat, I had three choices the first two were almost certain to cause a collision between a helicopter and myself so while attempting the third which didn't go as planed,although I missed the the helicopter but not the ground, which totaled my air craft and did some damage to me. As a result I chronic have pain in which the Solpadeine I'm able to get from you, has changed my life........ I can't thank you enough for your service.

Easy to use, easy to order and easy delivery !

I was very disappointed with my purchase of Swimeze drops. Website stated it was a combination of vinegar and alcohol to use for my baby's ears after swimming. When it came it only contains alcohol. That is false information. I would have never ordered it if it only contained the alcohol. I was trying to get this to use for our vacation. It cost more to ship than to buy. Very DISAPPOINTED for buying something that was falsely advertised.

First time using this site; found everything I wanted and order was delivered quickly and complete. Very happy, and will use again.

Not only was the website easy and straightforward to use, the delivery was speedy aswell! Definitely be ordered again!

Regrettably, emails requiring more information from myself before order could be processed did not reach me. I enquired about delay to be told somewhat sharply that several had been sent and a response was needed before despatch.
I was at a loss to know why alleged mails did not reach me (I obviously checked to see whether any had ended up in Spam or my eBay message box alone. They had not.) as following my enquiry, an immediate reply WAS forthcoming. After completion of a simple questionnaire, the order was dealt with, and I stress, quickly and efficiently by an individual whose name I am prohibited from detailing on this site, but I have to say i bristled at the blunt and insenstive nature of the initial reaction to my question regarding length of time being taken with my order.

The staff were friendly and cooperative in their effort to accommodate a rather exceptional aspect of our situation and were pleasant to deal with over the phone. The minor downside to the situation had to do with the shipping. The site indicates that the items should arrive at EU destinations within 3 to 5 business days, but the parcel took two weeks to arrive.
