MPF Europe Recenzje

Really displeased with my experience. I submitted photos and received proofs right away but they looked like something a child created (which could be endearing but seeing the examples on their website it just didn't compare). I expressed my concerns and kindly asked to cancel but it's been nearly a week and no reply! There's no contact number, the chat is a bot that sends FAQs and ends the chat, and obviously no reply to emails. Very disappointing.

*Update: they've since written to me (copying and pasting the same "sorry for your experience" jib jab) but refuse to acknowledge the issue. They say they're refund policy is within 2 days but I recieved my prrof and requested a refund within 45 hours. Still nothing.

Item advertised as watercolour that “one of our artists will get to work on”. Item is actually a cheap print using a computer generated filter (I now see many other companies advertising the same).
Also had to contact them to chase up the digital copy that I should have received instantly.
Not worth the extortionate price, which they have just increased further!!

Really bad not received my item. Nothing but excuses and no real effort to locate my item.

Beautiful print, proof took a couple of changes to get what I’d originally asked for but it was worth it. Many thanks

Beautiful art of my late dog, give us all a lot of happiness in these difficult weeks.
You adapt all our wishes in this picture. Thank you

Amazing thankyou so much highly recommended

My picture was just what I asked for, stunning art. Excellent communications when the picture I uploaded was to blurry and kept me in the loop throughout the processes. We all we emotional when the picture of our beautiful dog Sunni, whom we lost was revealed. Many thanks

Very pleased with our portrait .. made a lovely gift for my husband .. would definitely recommend 5* .. thankyou 😁

Absolutely stunning portrait of our dog my daughter loved it

Award you 5 stars, very happy. Good communication!!!

Excellent service from Vanessa and Thomas.

Thank you very much.

Loved it so much I got a second one made.

I've had two pictures done so far and plan to have another at some point. The service has been fantastic and the quality is exceptional. Both pictures truly sum up the characters of my pets perfectly. One of my frames fell off the wall two days after hanging, breaking the glass, I was devastated. Customer service has been second to none and they sent me out a replacement frame so I could get my girl back up on the wall! Definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely love my portrait. First class service throughout.

My portrait of Amy was absolutely lovely. You have captured her character and personality well. I order it before she died.Amy 15/6/2010-06/05/2022.

Absolutely beautiful like a piece if art. So happy and glad I got one done for my Coco, my Queen who sadly passed away a week ago so it's a perfect tribute to a beautiful soul which really shines in the artwork of Mypetframe.

This was one of the best products I could buy for my husband he loved it so much thank you so much guys

Amazing drawing would definitely buy again but came in a cheap frame and the hooks on the back fell off as I opened it up but apart from that was absolutely beautiful

Absolutely love my picture! Bought for my husband’s 60th birthday, our dog is the love of his life, and he was very pleased with it. Arrived quickly too, as we are in UK
