I would have given a 5 Star rating because my 14 year old border collie loves the food. It is just too cost prohibitive for me.

I love that your products are vegan and cruelty free. There is nothing else like it out there when it comes to fresh food. My dogs love the treats and the wet food. They especially like the peanut butter and apple wet food. I am looking forward to trying other products like the dehydrated food. Thank you for supporting animals and the environment.

I would’ve given 5 stars but I feel like there should be a Starter Kit that has different sized cups of food. The food only last 5 days in the fridge once defrosted but you can only give a dog very small amounts of food when switching to a new food. I ended up having to throw out some food. Seems unnecessarily wasteful if you had smaller containers for new customers.

It was super easy to place the order, with a great variety to choose from. I got various flavors for my dog to try. The order arrived as scheduled and it was well packaged in ice. My dog loved all of them!

I have a senior diabetic dog who has been vegan for about 5 years. We were having issues with formula consistency in his previous food so we switched to Pawco. I’m so so happy we made the switch. The variety in flavors keeps my picky old guy from getting tired of the food. I had one issue with missing shipment and the Pawco customer service caught it before I even did and reshipped my order when UPS lost it. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

So far we love it. We got a variety of flavors and our pom is really into them. Our dog hated the previous vegetarian kibble we were given her so this is a nice change.

I recently tried the Instabites, Toppers and Magic bars from PawCo Foods, and I’m genuinely impressed!! The ingredients are clean, healthy, the preparation is simple, and most importantly—my dog absolutely loves it. You can see the excitement as soon as I open the pack. It’s been a great way to enhance her meals with extra flavor and nutrients, especially since my little Maya is a picky eater. Also love the brand’s commitment to vegan nutrition and sustainability. I recently decided to switch my dogs to vegan food to help animals and the planet, and PawCo has made the transition really easy. My dogs love the food and have been doing extremely well on it. The containers are easy to store, easy to serve from, and recyclable (yay). I've been ordering the GreenBites and have had a very positive experience all around!

I outreached to their customer service twice over 2 weeks and they never responded.

Ordering was easy and the shipment arrived quickly. I’m a the end of the transition from our old food but my dog seems to love the PawCo food! And I love that it’s plant based and sustainably produced!

He took to it right away and has been enjoying every meal. We’ve seen no issues with the transition, and I feel good about giving him a plant-based diet. I bought PawCo for my 5 month old puppy and he truly loves it! Being plant based myself I only want the best for my baby! I ordered the food online and received it within days, nicely packaged!

I wasn't sure how my doggos would react to vegan food, but I didn't expect the wild enthusiasm I received. My dogs (pit and husky) are absolutely crazy about PawCo food. They are maintaining their weight well and are, to say the least, very bright-eyed and bushy tailed. They were always happy to be fed but the PawCo food sends them into a frenzy of enthusiasm.

Product shipped right away and was received frozen after a couple of days transit to Alaska. So far my dog is eating the lux bites mixed with his fresh food that he is used to, without any issues in eating or digestive problems. He seems to enjoy it so far. We are just about to end the transition to 100% lux bites. The packaged meals are easy to use, and smell like fresh food. I am looking forward to continuing this new vegan diet for our dog!

My three dogs have been eating their GreenBites for almost two months now and they are obsessed. They love every flavor and we alternate daily between them. I love having a fresh vegan option with all the information that only kibble diets are not great. It’s a little pricey, but not astronomical and I think it’s absolutely worth it for my babies happiness. The only downside is the beet powder they use to make it look meatier makes their poops a little messier.

Superior customer service! I have a dog with special needs who has an autoimmune disorder as well as was recently diagnosed with diabetes. It was incredibly difficult to find a plant based fresh food company that meets all of his needs to ensure his skin issues and glucose levels all stay balanced. Not only has the food helped him so much, PawCo has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND in countless ways with their kindness and prompt responses to my many concerns. Grateful to have found them!

My dog is a 5 year old Havanese. He is the most lovable easy fun dog my husband and I could ever want. We absolutely adore him! We switched to PawCo because we became aware that Merlin was deficient in calcium from lab work we had done on him. He had been on the same kibble for a few years. As soon as I found out I immediately took him off the kibble and started him on PawCo. I had wanted to have him on fresh food anyway so it wasn’t hard for me to make the switch. Two weeks after being on PawCo we checked Merlin’s calcium again and everything was perfectly normal!
We get 4 different recipes to give him a little variety.
I have had a lot of questions getting him started and PawCo has been polite and prompt in answering every single one.
I love the cartons it comes in and it all smells delicious to me. PawCo sends it to you very well packaged on ice and we just pop it in the freezer. Merlin now gobbles it down and I feel happy and confident that I’m feeding him one of the best quality foods with all the nutrients he needs.
It matters a lot to me that it is fresh based and not ultra processed like kibble is. We are sticking with PawCo indefinitely!

Making the switch to PawCo has been the best decision! Our 6 year old mini poodle has more energy now since starting their food than he has in a long time. His fur is healthier and softer. With other vegan food brands he typically can’t chew the kibbles, so having fresh food is a game changer for him. Not to mention he scarfs his PawCo food down, something he’s never done (picky poodle) to any food we’ve given him including non-vegan wet/canned food. He loves every flavor and I think switching up the flavors every few days keeps him from getting bored, something you don’t get with other food. Worth every penny!

I always fed my dog the highest quality dog food and her coat was always soft and shiny, but after giving her this food for less than a month her coat became lustrous. I can't say enough how great she's doing on this food. It's helped with weight control, energy, and overall health. Definitely worth the cost.
