As soon as i made the payment, I soon was contacted by the team who patiently understood my issues and got on to resolve with it. They patiently wrote grievances on my behalf and got revoked my tax penalty burden in a justified manner. In short, very excellent service.

Very Nice Service. I Got My Company Registration Certificate with myonlineca. Previously i am so confused wheather go with pvt ltd company or prop firm but Shilpa Guide me properly and finally i go with pvt ltd company. They register my company within 7 days and provide all kind of certificate.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with MyOnlineCA's customer support team and utilizing their services for ITR & Company registration, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. MyOnlineCA has set a high standard for customer support, service quality, and response time.

I've been a customer of this organisation for over 3 years.
A month ago I had booked a consultation call and paid them instantly for it as well, even after 4 days I don't get any calls from them. When I text their seniors, they told the amount would be refunded after making me wait for 4 days on a tax filing weekend!

After I provided my bank details, even to this day I have not received the payment from them & still they have not even seen the messages I have sent them.

How worst can it get than this ?
A worst experience & a very unprofessional behaviour from them.

Every great organisation will have it's downfall & I can clearly see this happening with them!

Please go ahead with any other professional firms. This team lacks competence, commitment & professionalism.

Update : Received the refund on 22nd Aug 2023 & I have been asked to delete the review. I think it's fair to share my experience with others, so I'll keep my review.

1. So you're telling me the concerned staff was on a medical leave for 22 days ?

2. If you were aware that no consultants were available then why did you guys even accept the payment in the first place.

3. By seeing the past reviews on you guys, this is not the first such case, there are multiple reviews for the same issue. It seems to be repeating again and again.

4. I was never informed about your grievance mail even after not 1 but 2 of your team members told me that I will be refunded, on chat.

Conclusion: Instead of trying to make it look like your clients did something wrong, it is suitable to accept your repetitive mistakes & improve the areas where you lack.

My Online CA is a one-stop solution for all your ITR Filling needs at a low cost. Agents are very helpful and have always replied to my every question. I was very shocked that I have to pay crypto tax as per the new ITR rule. My online CA took all the burden off my shoulders and did the best. I hope those who seek genuine ITR services without any error will contact them, and they will take all your burden off your shoulders.

I paid their requisite fee of INR 500/- for online consultation, but no one contacted for the consultation. I reached out to the no. mentioned in the email I received and was told that they would look into it, but nothing happened. I dropped an SMS then at the same no. No response. They simply disappeared.
Update: The company in their reply below mentioned that they've 100% refund policy if service is not availed. They reached out to me after this and, after I provided details, admitted that they didn't refund when they should have. They took my bank details for refund but haven't refunded after more than 10 days. I don't see any option to attach screenshots; otherwise, I would have attached few.

The guys at mycaonline are simply the best. They did everything very responsively and in the best manner. They even guide you for if you have any open issues like demand, notice and all.
