I'm really disappointed with my experience with OBI (as a company and with the device).

Here's my experience with the Apollo 2: I have deep infiltrating endometriosis and wanted to try this for pain relief. The belt was too big (I'm a size 8), even on the smallest size and it felt quite clunky. I wanted something that was portable. This device wouldn't fit under most trousers - it wasn't something I would be able to wear discretely at work etc. The TENS function didn't seem to work well for me. The levels didn't correspond to the strength of the impulses. I tried it a few times and it seemed to randomly go up and down in strength. There isn't an option to have a constant impulse setting which is a shame as this is most effective for me (I use a compex machine at home and have experience with using TENS). I don't like the patterned impulses that go up and down in intensity and length.

My experience with OBI: The option to return an item is way more difficult than it should be. I had to email 4 times to get a return address. They did give me a method to make the belt smaller, but it didn't solve the other issues, and by the time I'd emailed 3 times, my patience had expired and I just wanted to send it back. I'm in the UK and the postage back was £15. The duties and handling fee came to £24.44 and this was taken off my refund. All in all, it cost me nearly £40 to return it.

I'm disappointed with the device, the difficulty in returning the item and the costs of return. I won't be recommending it and expected better from such an expensive device.

To add: it's also nearly impossible to leave a review (no option for me on their website). Meaning they are only displaying positive reviews.

Ordered for my girlfriend that has PCOS among other things, wasn't sure if this would do anything because of how severe the pain is sometimes, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it does indeed work & rather well, it doesn't come off apart from to charge most days & we will probably get another one at some point.

Delivery to UK took about 5 days which is good considering it ships from the Netherlands.

Item is well packaged, well made & very easy to use.

Yes it is probably the most expensive of it's kind on the market but it's been worth it, there are much cheaper versions if you don't want the red LEDS but the reviews on them are a bit hit & miss, I literally could not find a bad word about this product on Google! & now I see why.
