I was using Mymaott (OCTOTT) service (Royal 12 months) for the past 3 years with no issues whatsoever. First time subscription was easy and renewal also very easy. All the channels I watch are available, UK, MBC, Somali, Bein and more. The quality of the channels are very good and there is no freezing. I am very happy of the service and would recommend anyone who is looking for a high quality channels and cheap IPTV service.

Great until my recent renewal, they have changed the payment system, can't pay, they don't answer messages, shame it's been reliable for the last year.

I was using this service for the past year with no issues whatsoever. When it came to renewing my subscription, payment method has changed this time around, when order placed, recieved email from what i assume is the reseller, made the payment and have heard nothing since, numerous emails to the reseller and Myma ott, order still showing as on hold. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

No response. Tried so many times to contact them.

The quality of the chanels are flawless most of the time and I am very happy with them. My only moan is that I want to get a MAG box and no one will answer me on how I get to give them my mac address. No one answers any of their emails or telegram messages. This is the worst iptv I have used for their lack of communication with customers.

Dont buy! It is a scam. It only works for a few weeks.
And then your iptv service will be blockt!
Mymaott does not respond to any message. I have tryed everything, email, ticket, telegram, WhatsApp.

The actual picture quality that I received is very good but over the last couple of weeks my mag 256 box has broken so I bought a new formula Xbox and I've been trying to contact the company NE2 change my Mac address to the new box but unfortunately up to now nobody responding they will really let theirselve down if they don't respond

Terrible Service, they will never answer to any ticket/question you will send them. 90% of the time nothing will work or will stop after a bit. Waste of money, avoid.

Disaster.No one replies to emails .I have good equipment and good LAN internet connection , everything tested,but lot of interruptions on channels.Definitely not recommend.They don't care,not even answering on mails or telegram

This is the worst Iptv provider , i purchased trial version to test , i ordered the package with the channels, I want it to watch test , they send me a package without the channels i subscribe test , i opened two tickets on their site , without any respond , and matter of fact, trial subscription ended in half a day of testing , send another ticket , without any respond from the provider , there is a lot of better competition on the market with excellent services

Na drie weken tot volle tevredenheid gekeken te hebben, werkte het ineens niet meer. Ik heb op alle manieren contact gezocht, telegram, ticket op hun site, whatsapp en alles meerdere keren, maar ik krijg geen reactie. Heb voor een half jaar betaald, maar nog geen maand kunnen kijken

Customer service is non existent via email and telegram. They don't pay out affiliate payments even though it's only 10%. The affiliates were the ones who got their service going. So you can see they are very greedy.

Aller letzte, 24 std Test gekauft und nicht mal 2 Stunden getestet danach ging den Server gar nicht mehr. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Excellent service.
People with bad reviews should try to fix some other issues with hardware or software before overreacting. It's impossible for some of us working perfectly good, and for some is rubbish. Regular maintenance of your hardware and software is very important and in many situations you have to use VPN service.

Trial version was brilliant however purchased the Royal full version and absolutely shocking keeps buffering, restarting back to where it buffered.
Awaiting full refund and as for their so called chat line, they don't even answer the messages.

I Just discovered MYMAOTT I was looking for another IPTV provider. I ordered the 24hrs trial. Few min later I got the details on my email . Very good quality with a lot of channels. The channels are very well labeled and organised. EPG is there as well for most channels. All good, ready for the 12 months subscription. I will definitely recommend MYMAOTTA!!!! 5 stars to MYMAOTTA

24 hr Trial flawless. Signed up for 3months haven't had a good night's viewing since goes down everytime Premier Leauge is on.
Returns next day when there is nothing on. Don't waste your money
