Der Laden war nicht zu erreichen, um dies klar zu stellen. Wolt sagte, ich müsste sowohl die 2 gelieferten Artikel, als auch die Liefergebühren bezahlen. Das ist total unserös. Der Laden lässt mich bezahlen und streicht dann das meiste meiner Bestellungen. Ich bin stinksauer

Après paiement d'une commande ( #DLSGVVAQN), quelques jours après j'ai eu la surprise de recevoir un mail me demandant de payer des frais de port supplémentaires, invoquant des raisons fallacieuses de prétendues augmentations des tarifs des expéditeurs externes.
J'ai refusé, par principe, une commande passée et payée doit être honorée.
J'ai donc demandé un remboursement total de ma commande, ce qu'ils n'ont pas fait, ni même pris la peine de me répondre.
Dès lors, impossible de me connecter à mon compte client sur leur site, plus aucun accès à ma commande, et n'ont jamais répondu à aucun des dizaines de mails envoyés au support client, je n'ai jamais été remboursé.
Un préjudice de plus d'une centaine d'euros.
Une plainte collective pourrait aboutir, car le constat est édifiant, beaucoup d'autres clients ont été extorqués avec le même mode opératoire.
De plus aucune information légale n'apparait sur leur site, aucun numéro d'enregistrement à la Chambre de Commerce de Tokyo, aucune adresse, aucun numéro de téléphone.
Dishonest service
When things works out, there is nothing special about the store. I ordered three times from them.
First time the figures arrived and there were no major issues. Only gripe I had after making the purchase, was me contacting the customer service because I wanted to edit my order. They never replied and then just shipped.
The second time I used my points from the first purchase for the second purchase. After a while that purchase got canceled, I didn't get my used points back in any form. The reason for canceling my order was the pieces not being available anymore.
However one of the figures was still available on the store, it became more expensive since my purchase. It isn't a nice business practice to scalp customers like that.
The third time was the worst and last experience with the store. I ordered three items, one of the items was clearly used with two pieces missing out of the box, the toy box being partly town and the figure being overall in a visibly used shape.
I contacted the customer service, had to wait a very long time and then received a reply. They were nice but told me the figure came like that from the factory and to return the figure and get a replacement while they'd cover shipping.
This is where the fun begins, they have no restrictions about reply times but when they reply, the customer has 7 days or the complaints are void. I had no shipping label from them so I used the location listed on their website.
After asking them to pay they confronted me with the location being wrong and the cost being too high. After asking what we can do about it, my account got banned. They didn't tell me either, I only noticed because after waiting ages again, I heard nothing and tried to log in to check the status only to receive an obscure error message.
It is terrible to just send out used toys as legit and new and then ban customers when things aren't going well. I can only recommend to directly go to the bank or whatever payment service that has been used for the transaction.
They helped in my case.

A good store for buying figures from Japan. It has a good customer service and items a good price -in my case I found a grial on your store-. Maybe they need improve some things but overall it was a good experience...

Comme a chaque fois que je commande, les frais de ports sont sous estimé et on doit rajouter 8-10€ supplémentaires....Au final la commande reviens a plus cher que d'autres site...comme Nin Nin Game.

bought a S.H Figuarts Jiren Final Battle as I found it here cheaper than the rest of the sites. shipping was fast (about 3 days) and got it in like a week. packaging was decent, two layers of bubble wrap. at first reading the reviews I was a bit worried but everything went smooth and the customer support was responding fast and very nice. will buy again for sure!

It’s been a year and half and I am still trying to contact them but there’s no response, because they suddenly prevented me from log in to my account from February 2021 until today, and without any reason. I sent multiple emails to them, and I hope they would fix this mess soon. They don’t respect their costumers god why don’t they send me any email!!? Even though my first two experiences were so good but suddenly everything goes wrong. I advise you to stay away from them because no one will see your emails.

J'ai acheté une figurine chez eux mais au moment de l'expédition ils m'ont demandé de rajouter un supplément de prix 17,31 euro (2524 Yen)car le moyen de livrasion AIR MAIL Small Registered à 18,97euro ( 2766 Yen) n'est pas éligible pour la France mais qu'il faut passer par FEDEX qui par défaut est à 27,37 euro (3 990 ¥). Sauf qu'avec ce que j'ai payé ne ne devrait ajouter que 8,40 euro (1224¥) et non pas un total de 36,28euro (5290¥).
j'ai donc contacter leur support client et voici leur réponse :
Nous vous confirmons une fois de plus que ce produit est neuf.
Nous venons de vous rembourser votre commande car vous ne payiez pas les frais de port.
Nous ne pourrons plus accepter de commande de votre part.

Ils ont carrément bloquer mon compte. Et concernant la figurine le prix est passé de 9990¥ à 19990¥ à présent (et je précise qu'il n'y avait pas de promo quand j'ai passé ma commande). Ils ont juste voulu spéculer en regardant les prix de revente sur ebay.
C'est bien dommage car c'était ma 1er commande chez eux , et la dernière.
Leur relation client est nul, négative, inapproprié.

They don’t respect the costumer . I order $900 worth of Takara and payed $82 for shipping . 3 weeks later an invoice for extra $50 for shipping , yeah okay nice try . I asked to cancel the order and they ignored me for a week and many emails later they never responded .so I opened a tick with PayPal and they deleted my account and I was never disrespectful in any manner . I ordered Mafex Carnage with SHF Gohan from them. The website was showing the former in stock. I waited for 2 weeks and passed out on other opportunities to buy Carnage to only be told that the figure was no longer in stock, and that my command would be cancelled. So Gohan was also lost after all that waiting and I would have to wait again to (at least) get him, so I gave up on him too.
Disappointed. I thought this would become my to go Japanese e-store but I'm now hesitating to order something from them again.
I have been a figure collector for over a year and it's the first time that such a late cancellation happens to me. I have only had one cancellation and it was after no more than 24 hours.
Not sure if I can trust their "in stock" statuses again.

No compren de esa tienda, compre varias figuras en preventa, antes de pandemia y como saben todos los envios se restringieron como a mi pais, sin embargo las figuras ya estaban saliendo al mercado, les consulte por su pagina por la situación de los envios, se ofrecieron a mantenerlo en custodia en su almacen, lo cual me parecio muy bueno, pero lo terrible vino despues, ya habilitado los envios a mi pais solicite el envio, respondieron que lo preparian pronto, pero demoraron, luego de dos semanas, ante tanta insistencia me responden que las figuras estan perdidas, increible que se pierdan en su almacen cuando se ofrecieron a custodiarlo, mentirosos lo mas seguro es que lo revendieron a un precio mayor ya que eran figuras muy cotizadas, me devolvieron el monto de pago, pero no consideraron la tarifa paypal que cobra al receptor de la cuenta asi es que perdi dinero porque paypal me cobro su tarifa de conversion ya que la moneda es en yenes y me cobro su tarifa de recepcion de dinero, por mas que les reclame sobre esta perdida de dinero, no me respondieron y bloquearon mi cuenta para que no siga reclamando, perdida total, perdí dinero y perdí la oportunidad de conseguir mis figuras que ahora están demasiados caros, por eso compre en preventa con ellos para obtener precios buenos, no comprar lo lamentaran

Generally Very happy, I have been buying from mykombini for about 4 years and for a shop in japan with little English speaking staff I think they do a fantastic job .
I’ve spent over £20000 and throughout the whole of corona virus, sometimes there was a slight delay also times when I had thousands of pounds held up in orders that had been delayed through the postage being backed up and every time they turned up, they could of ripped me off on a number of occasions but never did. Even when I overpaid on postage, the money was debited back to my PayPal with out even asking.
You have to be a bit patient with mykombini but I imagine they are just extremely busy.
So I have to say they are a good business and they have looked after me and I’m extremely grateful.
