I have been dropped as administrator for my mother more than once, and when filling out the family tree inadvertently created another account with no warning that adding photos to the family tree would create additional accounts. It did say that keeper plus was required, but I had created a keeper plus account fir mom so I proceeded. Rather than being a charming feature, the family tree is just a sneaky money grab. I’m done. Please help me extract myself and my mother from your data base.

We tried our best to make sure each response was informative as well. Please note that it clearly states that our free service includes 2 memorial pages for free and in using the family tree option, you have the option to create a new memorial page, or to simply add the person to the tree without a page - this would enable you to keep our free services. My mom's memorial was well done. In this day and age it was a blessing to be able to gather virtually. The slide show was beautiful. I like that we will be able watch and keep a recorded version.

Outstanding hybrid memorial services support
We hired the Keeper team to help with my mom's hybrid memorial service in October of 2021. Mandy and Jessica were outstanding. They helped us refine our plan and patiently worked with me to ensure we would have the right hardware, software, and setup to succeed. Mandy went above and beyond all expectations in doing a test run, hosting the remote portion of our service, and handling video editing and posting after the event. I would absolutely recommend this team for your virtual or hybrid memorial. They were absolutely outstanding!

I wasn't up to a funeral …
I wasn't up to a funeral plus we had some family just getting over Covid. So we opted to do a memorial later, and this was a way to honor my son now and let others share.

I do not like the monetization of the site. Sending emails that vaguely infer that we're planting a tree for the deceased is NOT GOOd.

As we are a digital memorialization company, the intention of the email and our optional offering of planting trees in memory of someone are all in line with our goal of helping our clients keep the memory alive of their loved ones. Trees planted in memory of someone is an environmentally friendly way of honoring someone that has passed away. This is a completely optional purchase for our clients and it is a feature that has been requested by many of our clients already. The memorial trees purchased via Keeper are planted by the non-profit organization dedicated to forest conservation, American Forests. Improving our forests is such a key step to helping the environment, and we want to play our part.

I like Keeper Memorials
Keeper Memorials is a good app to use for an obituary. Although I like the functionality of the different pages I do not feel I got my money's worth with the app. I would have liked to have seen how many views/who viewed the profile page and more instructional information for the visitors. Many people who I spoke with never even knew there were photos posted or that they could leave a tribute message.

What we needed when we needed it!
A friend of the family suggested MyKeeper as a permanent memorial for my husband. My adult kids went to work on the website which was very user friendly. I wish we could have titled folders (childhood, college, Army, career, trips, etc...) for photos instead of having to sort through all of them in one place. The only other improvement I can come up with is to enter email addresses somewhere so that for friends, family, and associates can click on a link and leave a sympathy message easily. Some older folks and unsavvy computer users get confused and don't know where to comment. Overall A+

An Excellent Platform With A Purpose
I like your platform, its concept and purpose particularly the guidelines with respect to the reasonably strict protocols in editing / deleting / leaving comments which are important to keep and preserve the integrity of the website.
It’s my first time to learn of your online service and when I got the prompt from The Misa Family, I wanted to know how to go about it. It’s very user-friendly since I am not tech-savvy at all. It took a little hit and miss on the boxes there for me but all in all, it’s easy enough for people like myself.

Really good opportunity to set up a memorial for a loved one at a reasonable cost. Very easy to use. Only slight thing is you can’t Bold any sentences and can’t provide links in any of the editorials. However, when I questioned this someone replied and said it is something they are looking into. So hopefully this will be a facility in the not too distant future.
