Keeper Memorials - Absolutely Brilliant
Everyone we dealt with at Keeper was totally professional and helpful. They handled a virtual memorial service we held for my mother, and I honestly can't imagine having done it without their help. They took care of the many small, technical things which allowed us to focus our full attention on remembering my mom and engaging with attendees. Rian did a phenomenal job mediating speakers. She was a pleasure to have on the call. Everyone else made setting the whole thing up so easy, and were very patient with my many questions.
If you have any doubts about using them you shouldn't. A top shelf outfit, top to bottom. Thanks, guys.

Excellent virtual memorial experience
When we were setting up a virtual memorial for my father, the Keeper team did a great job of coaching us and giving us the tools to have a wonderful experience which we will remember going forward, too, with the artifacts we generated such as a video of the event and a slideshow video.

I thought people could upload videos and it only seems to support photos which is disappointing.
Updated - I understand from your response that admin can upload videos, which I have done but they are not available to be viewed by anyone

As our FAQ explains, the Tribuite section only allows photos to be uploaded. Whereas the Mementos section allows the Keeper Admin to upload photos AND videos.

While customer service is compassionate…
While customer service is compassionate to listening, there are many responses of "you cannot do that" even after paying for the upgrade. The concept is good but with post-pandemic and everything being virtual for most people still, the site is not capable of supporting the needs and experiences.

Very Easy To Post A Memorial Page
I haven't had a lot of time yet to add any additional information, but posting my brother's Memorial Page was a nice experience. His page turned out very nice.

Memorial page's formatting is horrible
The look of memorial pages looks terrible. In the biography, you have very few options for formatting text. You get this small font size and the line breaks are too large.
And it will not display the whole biography on the page. You see a partial view and have to click 'read more' to see the rest.
So, the most important part of the memorial, the biography, is nothing but unformatted, plain text.

We are truly sorry you feel that the biography section is limiting. We will be increasing the character limit with a website upgrade launching later this year. Please note, a Read More button will always appear as 10,000 characters can be very long and depending on the device, it can be hard for folks to find the Tribute section.

The layout doesn’t work
The layout is difficult to look at, wish oldest was on top of tributes. Would be better if comments were melded more with picture. Would like to add multiple photos with one comment. No flow to look at all. Very disappointing

My Dad's Memorial
I like the ease of creating the page. It's a nice way to create a memorial online.
But I didn't find out about the limits to the free page until after I had created it. I also didn't find out about the cost of the unlimited page until later. In my opinion, the price is way too high, especially for me since I'm on a limited income.
Would I recommend your website? Maybe.

Upon sign up, there are two options a new user needs to choose from before the Memorial page is published and your account is created. Those options are Free or Plus, and include information about what is included in both offerings.
We do understand that our rates may not be accessible to all, which is why we like to provide a lot of value to our users in our free offering. Upon review, Keeper is one of the most cost efficient online memorial providers, compared to many of our competitors that charge between $150-$200 for lifetime access, while we are priced at $75.

Clunky system and not mobile friendly
Clunky system and not mobile friendly. Found the UX to be terrible even though strong feature and customization options. Ended going with Memorialsource.com because I didn't like the Banners Ads even with paid subscription. I thought that was tacky.

It was nice to be able to easily…
It was nice to be able to easily document my dad's life on this website. Adding photo's, posting his memorial online and being able update it a long the way is extremely helpful. How wonderful to be able share our memories of our dad with others using the Mykeeper website. We reached a ton a of people and it's available indefinitely where the obituary in the newspaper was VERY expensive and only ran one day.
Thank you for keeping up this website. I will definitely use it again!

Good platform with interesting…
Good platform with interesting features. Annoyingly, our funeral directors set up something similar just after we paid for the subscription, so we are now having to run two platforms. Some elements of it are not super intuitive
