I had the call with the Doctor on April…

I had the call with the Doctor on April 5th, payed 9,950, after paying i received an email saying your prescription is ready*if you already payed disconsider this email. I sent an email to confirm the delivery day, they said 5 days. On April 9th I receive an email from their customer service asking to check if I received an email from square, I sent the screenshot of my card statement saying that it was payed on April 5th the money didn't come back to my account. I answer all their emails, each time they ask the same thing, I called to their office today, no one answer, I left a message asking than to contact me.

I didnt experience any side effects

I didnt experience any side effects. It started working immediately for me. I noticed it in my face first. Then yout jeans fit a little better and it keeps getting better. One think I wasn't expecting or even trying to achieve, this med totally made me nkt want to drink alcohol. I think that is a hidden bonus.
The only bad part about this whole experience I would say is the cost for ongoing treatments. I think it could be cheaper and therefore more appealing.

I cannot say enough good things about Juniper’s customer service and medication delivery. From start to finish, the experience has been seamless, professional, and incredibly reassuring.

Their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Every question I had was answered clearly and promptly, and I never once felt rushed or brushed off. It’s rare to feel this supported by a healthcare-related service, and Juniper truly sets the bar.

The medication delivery has been just as impressive. Everything arrives quickly, discreetly, and exactly when expected. The packaging is clearly handled with care, which matters so much when it comes to medications.

Juniper is efficient, compassionate, and trustworthy. If you’re looking for a service that combines excellent medical support with flawless logistics, this is it. I recommend Juniper without hesitation.

OUTSTANDING customer service you can count on!

Juniper customer service is nothing short of excellent, professional and kind! I had a problem of my pens and after reaching out to the team, they took every effort and care to make sure my problem was fixed and communicated with me every step of the way. This is a company you can count on to not only be there for you for any concern you may have, but it truly was a pleasure working with them to get it fixed! Thank you Juniper!

Polite, helpful and efficient

Attractive aspect of this service is the English support, makes the process much easier.
Setting up for first appointment is quite okay although the automatic messaging is in Japanese so it kind of throws you off a little but not to bad.
Regular check ups( not nagging) really well spaced and the person assigned is super pleasant and helpful.
Flexibility in arranging for delivery is great, meaning no missed doses.
Would recommend to anyone considering this company, I can imagine the support in Japanese is just as good.

Good Service with Bilingual Support

I did a bit of research before jumping in with MyJuniper. You can't find that many reviews online for Japan, so I thought I'd share my experience to reassure potential future users of the service. First, schedule a call with a doctor was easy and simple. They spoke excellent English and could address my questions. I received my treatment the next day (in Tokyo) and while I was nervous, their explanatory booklet was there to guide me. They offer a regular check-in support through LINE (or email) and I really like the kindness and supportive comment from the person who's been writing to me. If you're worried about starting a weight loss treatment and would rather go through an online service than finding an English speaking clinic, I can say I'm 100% satisfied by MyJuniper.

「少しだけリサーチをした後、思い切ってMyJuniperを利用してみることにしました。日本ではまだ口コミが少ないようなので、これから利用を検討している方の参考になればと思い、自分の体験をシェアします。

まず、医師とのオンライン診療の予約はとても簡単でした。医師の方は英語が堪能で、私の質問にも丁寧に対応してくださいました。

治療薬は翌日には東京の自宅に届き、最初は少し不安もありましたが、同封の説明ブックレットがとても分かりやすく、安心して始められました。

Great service!

Good effort for monolingual English speakers in Japan. I am on a distant island in Japan from Tokyo and got my medication within 2 weeks and started my lifestyle changes, I am currently down 5kg!
