Unresponsive chat and missed deadline
Paid $84 for assignment to be done before deadline. As deadline approached all of a sudden chat became unresponsive. When asked about progress there was no response. Sent me homework after deadline so was not able to turn it in. Waste of time and money.

Hello. The assignment with solved solutions was sent to you, although we got 3-minute late in submission. We accepted this as our failure to meet deadline (although it was long task to be done in 8hr, and we were barely 3-min late in submission due to technical problems beyond our control). For this, a refund was promptly issued to you. The support chat also mentioned that you will get task by deadline (so it was not unresponsive). It is just unfortunate that we got late by 3 min and failed delivery, despite solving major assignment in 8h rush deadline.
