How small the jar is - I know you state size but in the advertisement it looks bigger.

treatment unsure

On my 2nd jar, not convinced yet my sciatic is still giving me pain, although when first apply the cream it seems to relieve for a short time just like a decor rub .
I have 4 more jars to use will keep using until my supply has gone probably wont order again,

I answered hi relief through their support line and gave them information on how to reach me they reached out and said the correct amount would have been fixed at checkout I thought I was at checkout

I was trying to order this total relief magnesium cream so I choose Buy 2 get one free I opted out of the subscription and any other promotions the price was 34.95 with subscription and 39.95 without so why when I get to check out is the price I was being charged 125.00 dollars am I counting something wrong??

I now have 9 jars. I cancel the order and they still keep coming. I've spent over 300.00. Not good in this economy. Ran low on med money this month. Have been using for 6 months. Can't feel any difference.

Their customer service has been totally…unresponsive

Their customer service has been totally unrespomsive. I have two packages I want to return. When they were sendin the first one, I told them not to send it, that I still had product and I couldn't afford it and not even a week later they send me 4 more containers. I cannot even go thru one container and they have sent me 8 more and I still have 7 at home besides these. Where is there 90 day refund guarantee?

Works without Medicinal Smell!

I do truly enjoy the product

I do truly enjoy the product, My big issue is the time it takes to get it. My CC was charged more than 6 weeks prior to my product arrival. I feel this is excessive.

Great Customer service
