I understand your frustration. We have looked into the tracking for your order, and it confirms delivery was made to the address provided (Cleveland, OH 44109) on January 2nd at 4:00 PM.
NO REFUNDS DESPITE WEBSITE POLICY TO CONTRARY - RIPOFF!!!
Website says refunds available but company does not respond to requests to process any refunds. Called and emailed company every day for over a week to get information on returning an unusable product but never received a response on how to return it. Website has a number of links that do not work or go nowhere. IT's a scam operation. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY - it's total ripoff.

Didn't receive all the parts from my purchase. Reached out through email and got a response but haven't been replied to since on what is going on with my missing part, whether it will get shipped, I need to do a return, or get a refund. I ordered what I did specifically for the single part that was missing from my order and it's very upsetting, especially when I'm starting to believe it's a scam.

we’re so sorry for the confusion! It looks like there was a mix-up with the product model selected, which is why that specific part wasn't in the box. We want you to have a great experience with us regardless, so we have gone ahead and issued you a full refund. Please check your email for the confirmation. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future!"

Slow but eventually got here
Took a while to get the items after a few emails back and forth. The bag was smaller than I expected, but it still has some uses, just not as a grab and go bag like I had hoped.

Hello, we truly apologize for the delay in communication. To clear up any misunderstanding, a full refund was issued to your original payment method on May 6, 2025. Since this was processed several months ago, you may need to look back at your May statements to see the transaction. We value your business and are sorry that your backpack experience didn't go as planned.
