Acquistato diversi voucher nel corso del 2023/2025, dopo l'attivazione nella propria area personale non sapevo che avessero una scadenza di un anno anche perché quando mi collegavo veniva evidenziato il wallet senza specificare la scadenza. In sostanza mi sono stati decurtati 600,00 €. Ho provato a chiedere un rimborso o prolungamento ma mi é stato risposto che non é possibile. Non acquisterò mai più carte prepagate con questa società.

These guys ripped me off for $700. Their (below) canned response is a lie. They are impossible to contact. I'm going to have to sue them to try and get my money back.

Literally credit card fraud
Literally credit card fraud. My account for swagbucks was banned after using this and now I can neither get the points originally promised or my gift card. And since my account was closed, I cannot dispute or get a refund

This time was very disappointing
Usually things went smooth with this site. But this time, I ordered a Red Lobster gift card, they took my money, and it STILL says pending and it's been weeks. And they didn't refund the money and they are not answering my e-mails either. It was supposed to be to celebrate a loved one's birthday and that birthday already came. Very disappointed.

I haven't received the card yet
It has been a full week since my purchase and not only haven't I received my giftcard but I've contacted MyGiftCardsPlus by email and by telephone and this issue has not been resolved.
I recommend others avoid purchasing from this company.
