Koop hier niets! 4 bandjes besteld 2 teruggestuurd waren niet goed. ( eigen fout) vervolgens retour gestuurd en die hebben ze ontvangen. Hoefde geen geld terug aangezien ik een nieuwe bandje had gekozen. Extra voor betaald omdat hij wat duurder was. Vervolgens laten ze niets meer van zich horen. Meerdere malen gemaild .. geen reactie.. geen bandje.. geen geld terug.

Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor 2 bestel hier niet!!!!!!

Sito fake, non è un sito ufficiale. Spedisce merce falsa e non ha contatti o customer care a cui rivolgersi.

Remmen passar inte Garmin klockor och för att lämna tillbaka eller byta så måste jag själv stå för returen.

First of all I thought I was ordering from Garmin and then I ordered a watch strap that was shown to be compatible with my watch. I didn't believe it but I trusted that it was correct. Then when I got confirmation and had to return the strap the email and the site I had to use were in Spanish.

De quick release bandjes voor mijn Garmin forerunner 965 lieten zomaar los. Op een gemiddelde dag was het bandje 4x overdag en 1x tijdens mijn slaap los gekomen.
Retour proces is onnodig lastig.
Retourkosten van 8,- (om slechte bandjes te retourneren) zijn onnodig hoog.

I ordered from MyGarminStraps in the Netherlands and made a mistake in my address. While the express company wanted to return the parcel, the service desk of MyGarminStraps contacted them and managed to solve the issue! Delivered with a few days delay, but delivered!

I tempi di consegna sono stati più lunghi del previsto, ma alla fine il cinturino che avevo ordinato è stato consegnato.
È un po' fuorviante il nome del sito che fa credere siano ricambi originali Garmin, ma in realtà al momento dell'ordine se si leggono tutte le informazioni, viene comunicato che non è un sito ufficiale

I read the reviews on trust pilot after I made my order, and got a bit nervous. Unfortunately a lot of bad reviews. But for me it worked out great for me. In one week I got my order and the quality looks great. Four pieces for the price of two!

Il cinturino è arrivato. Ma restituirlo (siccome errato per dimensioni) risulta impossibile: la procedura online non funziona. Mai più.

Il sito non è ufficiale, vendono gli stessi prodotti che si trovano su aliexpress! Ho pagato un cinturino 20 euro ed ha la stessa qualità di quelli cinesi da 3 euro!

I initially emailed the company after the strap I bought started failing before its expected lifespan. The initial response was disappointing, with only a small discount offered on a new product. However, after a fair amount of back and forth, the team ultimately handled the situation well, agreeing to replace the product and to my surprise, sent two replacements at no extra cost, also covering postage. While resolution took a fair amount of persistence, I do appreciate their eventual willingness to make things right and the speed with which the replacements were sent. Overall, a positive outcome and good customer service in the end.

I was not happy about the watchband. Sending it back was no problem and the communication with the service was very nice.

Not what I expected. The site misleads with use of a lookalike Garmin logo, implying that it is original Garmin. It was poor quality so I decided to give it back. I had to pay for the shipping of course, but At least they were answering me via email and were kind.
