Was looking for somewhere to get some small photos printed from a professional photo shoot to be given as gifts for Christmas. Was happy to pay slightly more than cheaper prints but didn’t want to pay fine art prices. Fujifilm delivered and I was really happy with the quality of prints.

I ordered an Instax Wide Printer on the 16th December in response to an email from Fujifilm suggesting to buy such items direct from them. I got a confirmation email for my order saying "Relax, we'll take care of the rest". Three days later I got another email from them saying it was out of stock. THREE days later! I then could not find it in stock anywhere in time for Christmas. I would not have left this review on Trustpilot if I hadn't had follow up emails from Fujifilm asking "If I was enjoying my personalised photo gift", which just rubbed salt in the wound and emphasised how woefully incompetent their systems are. To think I own three of their cameras...

Good quality, value and speed of delivery

Placed an order within the Christmas delivery window. Received several emails querying my delivery address and asking for a house number when there isn’t one! Just excuses for not delivering my product which I’ve since cancelled and my daughter is left without her Christmas present! Fortunately she’s old enough to understand! Here’s hoping I receive my refund but having read other reviews, I’m not convinced I’ll receive! Do not shop with this company!

Such an unprofessional company. I am still waiting for a refund from these thieves. It’s been over 8 weeks and no refund. They do not respond via email.

I’ve ordered a instax mini 12™ as a birthday present for my friend. They charged me, but the order never arrived. I’ve tried tracking it but their website kept saying that my order doesn’t exist. I’ve contacted the support team, they got back to me after one day saying that they will check, and never got back to me. I’ve followed up for the next few days and nothing. It does say that deliveries take around 4 working days but, it’s been 5 working days. I’m left with no present, no money. Eventually I had to dispute the charge with the bank. I am still waiting the reply from the fujifilm. But I guess they will get back to me in 2026 with their exceptional customer service. And the thing is, I would accept any reply, whether the product is out of stock, system error, business busy during holiday. But there is no reply, neither the solution.

Jeg bestilte nogle billeder, men størrelsen var forkert. Jeg fik tilsendt nogle nye billeder, hvor jeg ikke skulle betale ekstra. Det var 190 kr.
Det synes jeg virkelig var flot af dem, selvom fejlen var min.

I made a book from pictures I took with my granddaughters at the zoo. The software was easy to use and the template for backgrounds and pictures was really good. The quality of the pages are great , its a real hit with all the family

Great experience. The print I received was of great quality, and exactly what I ordered. I also couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. I ordered at about 11am Thursday and it arrived at midday Friday. Outstanding!

Good communications following a query. Beautiful quality item. Good packaging so no damage in transit. Fair price for this much quality.

Dreadful photographs that do not resemble the original images, I complained and was sent an equally bad set of photographs. Do not use this company. Find an alternative.

The prints were good - but the choice to roll them up (which ended up damaging the edge of one of the prints) and posting them that way -- very disappointing.

I was expecting to be able to see them flat, and then re-post them as a gift.

I cannot recommend this service.

Great choice of sizes and finishes, fast delivery and no issues whatsoever. Fantastic service

Having used Fujifilm for a long time and once having our own fuji minilab. I was quite disappointed with the latest prints from them. they were quite flat and lacking colour and brightness compared to the digital images sent in.
