This is the most untrustworthy travel agent I have ever known. They are quick in collecting the money from the customer but then trick you by reserving part of the flight and then you will get stranded in a foreign country and you may end up buying another ticket to come back to your home country(USA). Never buy tickets from this travel agent unless you want to risk your money and travel plans at the last moment. The owner's relatives and friends write all the good reviews you see on this site.

Website is a scam. Website said $2700 and on the call it said $4900. On enquiring the difference they said and I quote 'Website is constant. Don't go by that'

Great job in handling my booking. I had great experience with Abhi and his manager Gifty. They were helpful and prompt. Got a decent deal as well.

I do not even comment about their services but the worst part from a reputed agency is lying and providing wrong communication. They lied in daylight about my port of entry and final bagagge pick up. They mentioned no need to pick baggage’s anywhere and should pick at final destination. In between there is only technical hault and no need to get off plane. Later I realized it from itinerary and keep asking them for whole two months and they keep repeating same thing and was keep on lying. I messaged them on the day where I was at airport and airlines folks confirmed that I need to do port of entry some where else they repeated same lie and then I did port of entry in different airport then I messaged them they started twisting the tongue twisting the communication. Started questioning back did that happen this happen, how did you reach? Why don’t you reach out manager etc. Finally not admitted that they mentioned it wrong I lied even after I provided screenshots of the discussion. I didn’t understand why this is needed for a reputed agency. Horrible

Abhishek has done a good job in customer handling and addressing the need. He was proactive in following and gave me a good trouble free experience. Overall very good experience with My Fly Yatra. His manager Gifti also was very clear in her communication and helpful . Thank you team!!!
